My friend and I got to know about this restaurant from a cab driver. The driver recommended it to us saying that it is the best Okinawan izakaya in Ishigaki, and that it is really popular. We were advised to make reservations. We tried to reserve a table 7pm, but the restaurant staff said they're fully booked but they will call us once they have an open table. We agreed and just 15mins later, the restaurant called back and told us if we'd be okay for a table at 8pm.
We dined at the branch within walking distance from Euglena Mall (ユーグレナモール). The place was bustling and full of big tables having dinner parties. We were led to the 2nd floor where the smaller tables were located. I believe the restaurant was understaffed at the time I went (during golden week), as they only had 3 staff serving the entire 2nd floor. The menu is pretty extensive, ranging from sashimi (tuna being their specialty) to local Okinawan food to desserts. The food took quite some time to come, but the wait was all worth it. We had just 2 dishes, the soba champuru and rafute (came with fried tofu and soft-boiled egg) which tasted SO amazing! Probably the best Okinawan food I've ever tasted! They also served Ishigaki beer there and it was awesome.
