Arrived in the evening for three nights. The first room I was given was on the top floor near the centre of the hotel. After being in the room for 30 mins I had to ask to change my room because some sort of motor or machinery in the roof space kept cutting in and out every 7 or 8 minutes creating an intrusive buzzing sound. Unfortunately the hotel was busy and I could not relocate from the top floor. I was moved to a room at one and and although the noise was less, it wa still there. It made sleeping (which is always difficult with jet lag) even harder than normal.
The room was very small as was the bathroom. The shower was fed by a rubber pipe from the bath tap and was very weak - you had to wait to get wet.
No bar in this hotel, only a restaurant, and no mini bar - but there was a small fridge that allowed you to purchased items from the local conveneicne store and keep them cool and fresh in your room.
If the room had been quiter, it would have been OK, however the humming sound made sleep very difficult for the first 2 nights.
There was a small desk, but there was only just enough room to pull out the chair to sit before the chair hit the bed. The bed was jammed up into one corner of the room. A tiny free standing wardrobe was not really adequate and many of my clothes stayed in the case.
