On my second visit to this hotel I was again delighted with the standards and service - excellent location and amazing views! The hotel provided English announcements after a rather scary earth tremor - thankfully well built/designed to withstand these natural occurrences.

Room Tip: book well in advance as this is a very popular hotel

We stayed here for 5 nights as a family of four. We stayed in the family room which was quite large by Japanese standards and plenty of room for all of us. The rooms themselves are quite nicely appointed with lots of amenities. Free in room wifi which was great with good speeds. We had a city view and it was fantastic. The hotel floors don't start until the 49th floor and go to the 68th, so you are going to have a great view no matter what!
If you arrive by train, go to Sakuragicho station and there is a moving walkway pretty much all the way to the hotel.
The location is very handy, there is a supermarket and plenty of restaurants in the plaza shops downstairs. The waterfront is 2 mins walk from the hotel.

This hotel is top notch with exceptional service and views. I am enjoying my stay in Japan. The gym does not like you to have any tattoos showing but otherwise is a top notch fitness center with a beautiful private pool.

We spent 2 nights here between cruises and found a superbly appointed hotel on top of the biggest building in Japan. Views to die for but the windows were far too secure to let you.
A great breakfast experience which although obviously Japanese in character still had enough for European tastes. Staff who could not be faulted for service, atitude, helpfulness and friendliness. Situated on the edge of the city BD next to the water there were beautiful walks and malls to suit all, with 2 minute access to the main trains to Tokyo and everywhere else, (once you could fathom the complex ticketing system.) 5* in every respect at a price that was affordable.

Room Tip: All rooms have great views

Was here for a conference. Top notch all around. Impeccable service. Convenient location, attached to a large mall, lots of local and expat dining options. the breakfast was outstanding.

The room was more western in size than I thought it was going to be. My only complaint was the key - it was a huge old fashioned metal key that was a little bot of a hassle to carry around.

If you will stay in Yokohama, please try to stay in this hotel, the price is a bit high but it worth every penny, the rooms start from the 52 nd floor above and the view...that needs to experience...
The service and everything is 5+ star to be honest with you.
We had a nice spavious room overlooking of Yokohama bay and the view towards Tokyo and Kawasaki, including the wheel...
It is a must if you want to have a luxurious stay for an affordable price...the stay per night was around 80.00 GBP which isnt too high considering what some places charge for a night stay and what low service and quality they provide...

Room Tip: The higher floor the room is the better, on a clear day if your room is facing the city then you wil...

This hotel was a lovely surprise for us as we did not expect such a tastefully decorated room, certainly not dated as some contributors mentioned, with far reaching views for the price we paid – we booked it more than two months prior to our arrival date and got a very good deal. It is located in a convenient, yet, pleasant area with a feel of open space where people were jogging in the evenings. It is handy for visiting Kamakura as well as Yokohama and even Tokyo. I would stay here again.
