Stayed in this hotel 8/24-8/26, 2013 for the first time. The location was good. It was okay clean. Staff are friendly but I did have a problem with their knowledge about the property. I ask where I can take my dog for her business and the receptionist didn't even know where it is. I found it myself and it's not very big space. There was no poop bag, luckily I always bring my own. So I told the receptionist it was empty and I was told they will put one. I go back hours later and there was still no bag until the day I left there was no bag. And I go to the concierge and there was no staff there. They were all outside smoking. The breakfast was okay as well.
