Best and most pleasant stay ever,
I was there on a business and leisure trip stayed there for 10 days, had my stay divided for some time in Ocean view room and on a city view room deluxe rooms.
go for ocean view room if you are into the sea view and quiet nights, go for city room if you prefer to have a great view of the lovely cosmo clock, I loved both views.
its 30 to 45 min from tokyo, using the metro which is inside the mall 5 minutes walk. its really easy to use the metro there. the mall has lots of stuff, the hotel rooms were spacious, nice and pleasant.
minatomirai station is 5 minutes walk from there u can go to yokohama station to mid town yokohama or go to the end of line in shibuya station in tokyo.

Food was great, had a good chance to go around yokohoma walking, its a very nice and pleasant place to be in.
The best part about the hotel is the staff really, the English speaking concierge Natasha is much more than helpful, she helped me more than enough to plan my days in tokyo and she helped me also to get back a wallet I lost in the metro that had 30000 yen.
I would definitely go to this hotel if I ever visited japan again, I really loved it.

I stayed for 5 nights for a recent business trip to Yokohama. So easy to get to and from Haneda with the limousine bus stopping right outside. Good service from reception and concierge and had a very nice room with a view over the bay. I do agree with some previous reviewers that the carpet is sadly in need of replacement, my room had several faded spots and my colleague's room was worse. The hotel lobby bar had their carpet replaced while we were there so hopefully that is the start of having the carpets replaced all through the hotel. I found the bed very comfortable. Room service was prompt and delicious. The hotel had several different cuisines represented in its restaurants and there were also some lovely restaurants nearby in the Queen's Mall/Landgate complex. Good internet in the room so easy to work and stay in touch with home! Happy to stay here next time I'm working in Yokohama.

Club floors are fine, harbour view recommended and the drinks/canapes/breakfast in the Club Lounge are well worthwhile. Internet works, restaurants are fine and excellent ones are just around the corner in Minato Mirai or across the Bay in Chinatown and, of course, Salone2007, one of the world's great places to eat.

stayed 1 night for business. Checked in ok, very polite. Room was dated. This hotel was very nice when opened but now need some renovation on lightning, furniture. Bed was not Intercontinental standard, very hard and there was no soft part, room chair was like from some cheap hotel chain. Desk is not good for work, only one power outlet located behind the table. No room light control near bed. Since the room had a nice view of the sea, just wished for much comfy furniture to relax.
