This hotel is too expensive for what it is.
Food is of a gourmet standard. Spa on the rooftop is delightful. However the corridors, especially near the public baths smelly very mouldy. The restaurant and the staff are professional. The breakfast is better than the dinner.
Rooms are basic, but it is touted as a traditional ryokan after all. The toilet and shower facilities are cramped and dated.
