“Value for money”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 15, 2013

We stayed here for a night in Oct when our flight to Sapporo was canceled due to the typhoon. The hotel was recently renovated and is still undergoing a facelift. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable, and toilets are pretty specious for Japanese hotel standards. The free shuttle service to the airport is very frequent and being one of the nearest hotel to Narita airport, it's only a 10-15 minute ride to the airport in good traffic conditions. They also provide shuttle service to the Aeon Mall and Narita Town.

I was looking for a cheap hotel, where I can stay for a night before my flight. At this hotel I could book a room for 1 person for 5400JPY. The another good reason to choose this hotel is free shuttle bus from both terminal Narita airport. The room the same as pictures I've saw at web. There was free LAN Internet and bathroom. Also ther is a Lawson store at first floor. Although a room was a bit old it was clean and cozy.

Room Tip: You should pick this hotel if you need cheap place to spend 1 night near Narita Airport

The hotel is conveniently located close to the Narita Airport, and provides shuttle services to the Airport. Hence is convenient to stay only if you have an early morning flight to take. Breakfast spread is decent. Overall though the property itself is not the best, and is not too well-maintained, it serves as a decent overnight stop-over option close to airport.

I have stayed in other Nikko hotels, and in comparison, this one felt a bit shabby and drab. Still, it was a nice hotel, excellent staff, decent hotel buffet. I only had dinner and breakfast at the Serena Restaurant, but there are a few others. There is a nice cafe in the front with a bunch of iPads atop a row of bar seats. They seem to be free to patrons, so you can check messages, browse the internet, while sippin' your cuppa. However, compared to other hotels and airport hotels, this one seemed full of travel weary foreigners (ie, non-Japanese, mostly Americans, American military personnel). The hotel seemed to be particularly good at quickly checking in travelers with delayed flights and lodging covered by the airline.

What a transformation, especially the Serena buffet restaurant. We booked into an executive room with twin double beds. It was spacious complete with sitting area, spacious bathroom and fully equipped (except microwave oven). English CNN and free WIFI available. The Serena restaurant was given a complete makeover. The buffet included a broad array of Japanese and Western items all identified in English. A novel addition was the vitamin bar with a large selection of nutritional supplements! There was three choices of coffee, instant, brewed and espresso machine. Omelets to order including pancakes and waffles (although waffles were more like cookies) also available. A new coffee lounge off the lobby was added and there's also a Lawsons convenience store open 24 hours! For the odd person that still smokes, a smoking room is also available off the lobby. The free shuttle bus takes about 10 minutes to the airport.

Room Tip: Executive rooms are more spacious for those that are claustrophobic.

Free shuttle provided to both terminals of Narita Airport. Recommended if you're catching the early flight or arrive Narita at late night. Get the concept room as the setting is better. Nice chapel just right beside the hotel.

Room Tip: 24hours fastfood chain which famous with gyudon is available in walking distance at the left side of...

We used this hotel on our way to Myanmar. Pick up from the airport was easy as was the return service. The first room that was offered was smoky and tired. Second room was much better-apparently some rooms have been refreshed. Disappointingly there was not a hint of Japan-we could have been in the middle of anywhere .
The restaurants offered very ordinary food.
