“A first-rate airport hotel at Narita”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 21, 2013

We thought this hotel beat the existing consensus on TripAdvisor (which was the basis on which we chose it). It seems to have been recently renovated, it was exceptionally clean, quiet and comfortable, and the service was first-rate. Our sole complaint was that there was no moderately-priced restaurant for dinner on an evening when we didn't really want a place that was fancy and expensive. But other than that our experience at the Narita Hilton was way above average.

As far as airport hotels go, this is tops for an overnight at Narita. Bus into Narita was a nice couple of hour excursion to meander the streets of a surprisingly cute little town (the bits i saw). Bus back to the airport also a nice touch and much appreciated.

Love the optional late checkout - good breakfast - nice serenity in the lobby / hotel. Minus : overkill of the Febreeze air freshener . . . it is a Japanese hotel, please - you clean to no end and make things shiney . . . you do not need to mask stench with perfume overkill.

This truly is a beautiful property that is close and convenient for anyone traveling through Narita International Airport. The highlight of our experience was the breakfast buffet. As hotel guests we received a substantial discount but this buffet would have been worth the price without the discount. The variety of foods and drinks was outstanding. It is uncommon to find both a all you can drink and all you can eat buffet of this quality in Japan. Check it out you won’t be disappointed.

My brother picked the Narita Hilton for our one night stay because he is a program member. What an excellent choice! I was very impressed with the beauty of the hotel and the very large center fountain area. My brother's family of four received buffet breakfast with their rooms and because I was traveling with them the buffet privilege was extended to me. I thought this very generous and truly enjoyed the quality of the food. Our stay here was promted by our night time arrival from LAX. It gave us an opportunity to visit Shingoji Temple which is a free bus ride from the hotel. An absolute must-see for anyone visiting this area.

Like most of Japan, the service here was superb. We arrived early after hours of travelling and fully expected our room not to be ready and were prepared for a wait. Our room wasn't ready so we were given an upgrade to a suite! Huge room. Superb views of final approach. Great food. Comfy bed, slept very well. Will stay here again when next flying into/out of Narita.

The staff is very nice and helpful.
Found the rooms very disappointing. The furniture is old, the room smells weird, the toilet is old, with a shower made for small people. The towels are old and worn out.
I'm surprised that no WIFI is offered in the room, and the price of a wired connection is so expensive.
The pool and the fitness centre were quite good though.
And the shuttle to Narita centre very good.
