“Good size hotel popular with air crew”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 24, 2013

the hotel is among other big hotels name like the Hilton and ANA Crown. It has an hourly shuttle bus that picks up/drop off from airport terminal 1 and 2.
we had only one night in this hotel as a stop over in Narita so our stay is rather short. Upon arriving at the hotel in the afternoon, we made use of the free shuttle to the nearby shopping center Aeon and had dinner. Good decent size shopping mall with a big food court, Starbucks and also a 2 floor department store within the mall.
We also several air crew checking in as all so it must be a decent enough. Bathrooms and room area are small but decent enough for you to open up your luggages (we had the twin room). Tv has 3 English channels (CNN, BBC and one movie channel).
Room has kettle, teabags and cups. There's also free internet and a small desk with 2 chairs.
Bath room has amenities (toothbrush, comb, razor, cotton) and plenty of shampoo, soap and conditioner. Also equipped with a bidet.

The only downside I can say is the bed is very hard, probably the hardest i had slept on in my 2 weeks in Japan and there's 2 pillows. one is very hard and one is very soft. i had tossed and turned many times at night as my back is sore.

i would select this hotel again if I have to stop over in Narita and hopefully in summer/spring time to see the Japanese garden.

This is a very nice option if you need to stay close to Narita airport. Comfortable rooms and a great breakfast buffet. There is a free shuttle that takes you to and from the airport and downtown Narita which is a lovely little place to shop and walk to the Narita-san Shinshō-ji Buddhist temple located in central Narita. The temple has a large garden to unwind in after spending a few days in downtown Tokyo.

Room Tip: I stayed in the Annex -- good place to watch the sunrise.

Hotel room quite decent: clean, not small at all, and with frequent shuttle buses between hotel, airport terminals, and Aeon Mall. Service is also good. What's most surprising is the price, which is surprisingly low compared to the value it offered. Highly recommend.

One tip: Terminal one departure gate doesn't open until 7:30am, and it only takes around 15 mins from hotel to airport, going there too early is not a great idea...

This hotel is not located at the international terminal but it has free shuttle bus even at the wee hour in the morning! If you have an international flight to catch at 6am or earlier, you rest assure to catch a good night sleep here without worrying whether or not you'll be able to arrive at the terminal on time!

Great comfy beds and clean bathroom too! My son even had a cute welcome pack with child-sized toiletries!

Excelllent in many aspects. Great gym, great rooms, good personnel, great shuttle. Pricey food but they have a small convience store across the hotel so you can buy a couple of things there even souvenirs. Close to the airport and to Narita station. You can take the bus or train to go to Tokyo in an 1.5 hours.

My choice hotel if I am paying for it. Very nice and clean. The staff is always prompt and friendly. If you are an airline employee (any position), show your company ID, and they give you the "Flight crew" rate.
The breakfast is fantastically delicious...a lot of choices...and pretty scenery out the windows.
Highly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel for a transit. Very good price, close to airport, free shuttle, free wifi and staff were polite. Yes the room is a little bit small and the bed a bit hard but who's to complain when it's so cheap and so convenient :) definitely recommend it.
