“Small efficient and good food”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed November 28, 2013

I spent one night (Saturday) in this hotel in November 2013. The desk staff were friendly and had reasonable english. The room was very small, and once I had my case in the room there was little or no floor space available. But the bed was comfortable and the room clean. Went out for a walk in the area before going to bed, but discovered the block next to the hotel is a red-light district. Avoid if possible. The breakfast in the morning was good, with plenty on offer. Overall it was fine for a one night stop, but not for a longer stay.

A final comment is about the litrature in the hotel room - the english text of the hotel magazine is some sort of right wing propoganda by the owner of the APA group. Wish I had ignored it.

Room Tip: Book a room with more than one bed if possible. The room I had was v.small

I stayed for 2 nights. The rooms are small, but the beds were very comfortable. It's in a busy area with lots of shops and entertainment. We took a from the railway station, it should also be possible to get there by metro if you're willing to make the effort. The self service breakfast was good, and if you buy the breakfast ticket the evening before you'll save on the price, making it a reasonable deal. The staff were very helpful. The hotel shows signs of wear, but that's not unusual and wasn't a problem.

The double room is the smallest one I have stayed over my 10 days trip with 8 hotels accommodated. However, the spa on the top floor is nice and the location is convenient for shoppers. (Though the surrounding area seems a bit messy) Overall speaking, reasonable price with valued service.

A friend and I travelled from Chicago and we booked this hotel in advance for 11 days. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. It is near entertainment districts, Parko, Sunshine Sakae, and arcades. We had a great time because of the amazing staff at APA and the comfortable beds. We can't wait to go back to Japan, and we will be reserving rooms at this hotel again!
