This club never even bothered to tell the hotels in the city that they were full or at least post signs near the reception at the hotels indicating being full and don't accept more customers at that specific day, as it is costly to hire a taxi to the club which lies 12 Km outside town only to be told by weird looking fella, SORRY we're full today, or maybe the club has another hidden policy to allow inside only bikini-clad foreign women, not families. I was told that the club is run by the rudest staff ever and would cost you dearly to use their substandard facilities. This club should be investigated thoroughly and I hope they lose a lot of business for lack of professional conduct

We regret that you had a bad experience by not being able to enter our beach club, we assure your good self that we are a family beach club, and to avoid any complains we do not allow any more guests if we run out of umbrellas, sun beds and towels taking also in consideration the size of the beach club and the maximum capacity it can take . And it rarely happens to be full……! but probably you were at the beach club in the last few days before the holy month of Ramadan starts … and due to the unexpected big demand we had in those days …we had no choice but to regretfully stop receiving guests but we assure you that all hotels were notified at least 2 hours before, we would also like to attract your attention that we offer a free buss shuttle (three times a day each way for all the hotels in Aqaba) ….. Will defiantly take your complain seriously and investigate the behavior of our staff at the reception .would also highly appreciate it if you could contact us on our hot line 00962 79 9737373 to help us investigate your complain.
