“Amazing hotel!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 4, 2013

When we first arrived, the staff gave us a small glass of orange juice, something which left us with a nice first impression. Before we even got our key, the manager told us that he had upgraded our room so that we would have a nicer view. The breakfast was very nice and fresh and the staff was very helpfull and extremely polite. In the room (which was truly amazing!) there was a very small problem with the sink that dripped a bit, but as the manager had told us that we should tell them if we had even the slightest remarks, we called them and within 20 secs, a maintenance was in our room and had fixed the problem in no time. I have been in the Middle East (Israel, Jordan & Egypt) for a total of three months and this is without a doubt the best place I've stayed.

We had an excellent, albeit only one night, stay here. We received a free room upgrade unexpectedly, and were very pleased on the whole with our experience (especially after over a 14 hour day of travel from Egypt to Jordan). The breakfast was a bit lacklustre, with some olives in poor condition and lacking the soft feta cheese I've come to expect in the middle eastern countries, but the staff's helpfulness more than made up for it. We only had one night, travelling up to Wadi Rum the next day - but the staff made our checkin and checkout easy, as well as helping us book a taxi up to WR.

When we arrived, the manager upgraded us to a much larger and nicer room than we planned for. It was larger than we needed, but very nice and comfortable. Breakfast downstairs is nice, and the front desk staff was very helpful with restaurant recommendations and tickets to the local beach. Great value.

We stayed as a group of 4 friends. One room with 3 single beds, one room with a huge double bed. Also a sofa available if needed but does not appear too comfortable.
Comfortable beds, clean. Good breakfast for Jordanian standards.
But the plus is the very good staff, the manager really takes his job at heart and provides the best service we got in Jordan.
The street becomes animated at night, but did not prevent us from sleeping as we were exhausted :)

Room Tip: Maybe best to have a room not on the street side as these may be quieter

Very nice hotel in the centre, clean, comfortable beds, good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, good location. The only negative is, that you need to get to the beach by car, taxi or shuttle

You are welcome by smiles and a happy greeting, a joke and playful eyes. The staff of the hotel, including the manager, are amazing. I chose the hotel after reading reviews here and decided to share my views. I have to say that the people of this establishment make up for everything. We arrived early and were greeted by a refreshing drink. The room (the deluxe one) was ready even though we arrived before the formal check in time.
The room itself was spacious, clean with plenty of storage. The aircon works very well and the balcony was a bonus where we appreciated our dinners from the nearby shawarma place.
The bed is big and comfortable. The towels provided and you have a little kitchenette in the room. The area is quiet and there are lots of places to either have a drink, smoke shisha or eat something.

Breakfast is served between 7 am and 10 am and includes continental elements - toast/jam and typical Jordanian food - hummus, olives, yoghurt, flat bread and spices.

There is no swimming pool but a free shuttle bus takes you to a private beach - Bearnice Beach Club for 7.50 JD - entrance fee, or 16.50 JD entrance with lunch or 20 JD entrance, lunch and snorkeling.

But the best of the best are the people who work there - A BUNCH OF LOVELY, HONEST AND CARING PEOPLE. I cannot express how grateful I feel for their help when an accident occured and we needed to be taken to a local hospital. The manager stayed with me and helped me. For that I cannot thank enough.

The best choice in Aqaba!

Room Tip: Go for the deluxe option if you can
