This property was convenient and well located. I usually request a feather free room and it was ready in advance of my arrival. The room was clean and comfortable. I didn't use the pool or fitness center so I can't comment on either.

The Marriott appears to be one of the nicest hotels in the Buffalo Airport vicinity. It was a quick ten minute drive from the airport, and provides a lot of free parking. Although we didn't use any of these, a Houlihan's restaurant, an indoor pool, and an outdoor pool were part of the hotel. When we checked in, the desk staff was certainly fine, but not out-of-their way friendly. Our room was prepared feather-free, as we requested. The walk to the elevators is quite long, as a hallway takes you past conference rooms first, all the way to the rear of the property, where the actual hotel tower is. The room was a standard Marriott room, but not the most modern furnished room we've seen. It was larger than necessary for a one-night stay. We were very comfortable. No outside noise, no hallway noise, and no next door room noise. We got a very low rate through one of the travel websites, which made the stay super affordable. On our way out in the morning, I looked lost, and a female staff member asked me if I needed directions. She was very friendly.

It's a basic room but very close to the airport. We traveled with friends and got a room with two double beds. Beds and pillows are comfy.

The bathroom was clean, no hairdryer though! I suppose I could have called down for one but I only discovered this early morning before we left for a flight and didn't think one would come in time. Would be nice if it had one in the room.

Continental breakfast was good, lots of selection. Lots of free parking, wi-fi in the rooms and lobby.

We stayed one night before our 14-day trip to Disney World in August 2009. The hotel was really nice and clean. The customer service is excellent. The airport shuttle service is on-time and efficient. We only have to pay for 1 night stay and got a free 2-week on-site parking. Since we have Gold membership, we even got a free upgrade to Concierge-Floor room and compliment buffet breakfast in the Concierge Club. We definitely return to this hotel next trip.
