It is difficult to rate this hotel. For the price I paid through Priceline it was a 5 star. If I had paid full price, I could not be that generous with the rating. First thing I noticed as the doors opened to the hotel was the carpet. It was in need of a good vacuuming. Check-in was friendly and efficient. Next was the elevator which also was in need of a good vacuuming and continued to be in need of cleaning our entire stay. We were given a room with two double beds overlooking roof tops. That was fine as the price was great and the room met my cleanliness standards.T he room came with desk, flat screen tv, and sitting chair. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel. The bathroom was REALLY TINY, but VERY CLEAN!!!! Although the hotel was quiet overall, one morning I actually heard the alarm clock from the next room. I didn't hear any other noises from that room. Also any hallway noise was easily heard. Fortunately the noise was minimal and not long lasting. Parking is free which is nice. The hotel is near shopping and many restaurants. I liked that the person who cleaned our room left a thank you note for the tip we left her. ( I always leave a daily tip rather than a one time tip, thinking I could have different people each day and want the right person to get the tip.) I would not hesitate to stay here again, but would not want to pay the regular price.
