This hotel is very conveniently situated near the interstate if you are visiting SUNY Buffalo or the falls and need a clean place to stay. Not luxurious (and no luxury price tag), and I agree it has just ingeniously tiny bathrooms! But even so, it has what you need. Shower, no tub, but large for a shower. I never take a bath in a hotel anyway, and the shower head was fantastic with all the different settings. All sparkling clean. My husband initially thought that the bed was not firm enough, but I found it very comfortable and we both got a good night's sleep. What really sets this pace apart is its service. When we arrived, we were not sure whether another family member (for whom we had booked a separate room) would actually get there that night, due to weather. The lovely front desk clerk (whose name I forget but she was so nice and helpful) assured me that we could cancel anytime before midnight, as they were not that busy. How nice when a place has people who take the time to think rather than just stand by rules. The next day, when we needed a small notepad, the manager Tim actually rummaged through his desk to try to find us one. Even though he didn't, it was such a nice gesture. It makes a big difference to me to have great service and to be treated like a true guest. Everyone at this hotel seemed to enjoy helping us. Thanks!
