“Isolated but I like that”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 7, 2013

Pros:
- clean
- undeveloped area
- friendly staff
- nice balconies even in regular garden rooms
- pretty grounds, nice pool
- virtually deserted beach

Cons:
- far from main strip (if you care which i didn't)
- fewer eating options. Restaurant for dinner is just ok and pricier than the quality you get (although there are a few tasty vietnamese family restauants across the street)
- uneven hot water (they seem to turn it off at night and turn on again at 6:30am - that's what the front desk told me when i called at 6am)

Overall my family enjoyed our stay. Very peaceful and beautiful.

very good breakfast, mostly nice staff and beautifull territory. Although it's hard to explain any more or less complex thing on an english or russian language to anybody.
Also they take passorts and require 100$ to return it before checkout. Ironing is also a bit tricky - as they do not give one to the room and you have to order this.

But inspite of all previously listed minuses one may have a great rest there if you did not get to one of the rooms with garden view which has window to generator which is pretty loaud in case of some electisity failures

We were looking for somewhere to get away and chill out for a week and this place was ideal for us.
The rooms were adequate - beds comfy and good balcony. The only downside to the room was the bath towels. The really need to replace these - wished I'd bought my own!
The pool & surrounding area was excellent. Beachside was exactly what we wanted with decent loungers and plenty of shade. The staff would occasionally come down and take drink orders.
We didn't enjoy walking very far on the beach, due to the amount of rubbish in the area.
The food was pretty good and very clean. We ate at the resort everyday and were in perfect health all week. They offer a wide variety at the breakfast buffet. For lunch & dinner they have a large menu with good East/ West mix of cuisines. Its more expensive than eating outside the resort, but prices are still reasonable.
The spa was quite a disappointment. I expected to go for a massage everyday but my experience on the first day put me off for the remainder of our stay.
We were also there for the opening of their nightclub, 'gecko'. They had 2 good DJs from HCM come up. If you're with a group of people you could have a fun night at the club.
I recommend this resort if you're looking for somewhere outside the touristy area that still has a high standard of facilities and comfort.

Very good resort, huge comfortable beds, quiet shady gardens. Pool one of the best thought out we have seen. Food great, friendly staff. Everywhere clean and well cared for. We walked for miles along the quiet sandy beach in both directions. The sea has a gently shelving beach so easy to get into. Several local restaurants just across the road where the food was cooked to order, but avoid the 999 nights restaurant opposite the hotel as they do not give an itemised bill or very good food or value. Turn to the right and walk to Nam Son Lau BBQ Restaurant opposite Champa Resort for an excellent meal. We did eat in the hotel and had choices from the set menu for 7 American dollars each, this covered a three course meal and a free glass of wine or soft drink and was excellent.value. All in all a great resort.

Room Tip: Rooms in the blocks can be noisy due to door banging but otherwise are all quiet with good views.

The six of us rate this hotel highly. The location is superb on the beach. Walked for miles along the beach every morning. Pool excellent, as was the food. Staff were very freindly and helpful in every way. Out of the eight hotels on the tour this one was one of the best. Would reccomend this hotel to everyone. We were there off peak and the hotel was very quiet iyt was very relaxing.

Room Tip: Bungalows are excellent, The rooms in the blocks are still extremely good.

This is a very nice resort, rooms are execllent. Pool is wonderful with view of ocean and water playground for kids. Breakfast buffet is good and included but watch out for hidden charges like ice coffee. If dinning in restruant, be shure to take a hard look at the bill. No tipping as it is included in the total price. Check your change also, seems to be a problem with the staff no able to count....
Has good Wi Fi on grounds and in rooms, they will also supply you with a conection cabel in needed. View is great and the beach is a shell hunters heaven. Great place tp watch local fishermen pull in nets on the beack and gather fish. Have the staff call you a taxi and go to a nearby seafood restruant, taxi not expensive. and seafood is live.

Room Tip: Reservations and check room first, ask for options.
