Stayed at the Furama on our Honeymoon for 3 nights and it was the perfect place to take a rest half way through our visit to Vietnam. The hotel is great. Big, large and clean rooms. The hotel restaurants are very good. Great pizza at the italian restaurant. The main restaurant as a menu with lots of offers from diferent parts of the world. The beach and pool are very nice and quiet. At night they always have a band playing at the bar wich was nice and we could ask them to play our favorite songs! Would stay at this hotel again!!

Dear Ms Carlotae,
Thanks for taking the time to let us know about your positive experience at Furama Danang. We are very happy that you enjoy your time with us . China Beach and the Furama are certainly a terrific place for Honeymooners , lots of things to do and see and also lots of quiet places for rest and relaxation.
Hope you are able to return on your First Anniversary and stay with us when at such time it would be my pleasure to buy you and your Husband an Anniversary Dinner and a bottle of Champagne.
Hope to see you again soon .
Cam On and Regards

“Wonderful stay at Furama”

Furama Resort Danang

I'm an expat working in Vietnam. I stayed at Furama from August 11 - 13 recently with some friends and I've been working in Vietnam for over a year, this is my first visit to Furama. I must say that I enjoyed thoroughly every minute of my stay. The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms we had were spacious and clean, the food was good; I could only remember one other place I enjoyed as much i.e. Sunrise in Nha Trang. We enjoyed their spa and though our stay was short, we had a wonderful weekend destressing from our demanding work. Would recommend this to anyone who needs a short break from work!

Our travel agent booked us into the Furama resort as a base from which to explore the area - at the same time being a bit of a place to tke a rest half way through our rather demanding schedule in Vietnam. We are not beach types.

Our room is large and well equipped although the free internet proves that you get what you pay for - ie not very much!! I would agree that the food is generally disappointing, rather a problem when there is no alternative nearby.

In all, we felt the isolated location of the hotel to be the main problem. It appears that the Furama have had it all to themselves for far too long and have become complacent. The beach is lovely and the situation ideal - so the arrival of three more large resorts that we can see (and surely more in the planning stages) should ensure that standards will need to be addressed before long.

We weren't sorry to leave. The Furama could have done a good deal more for us - a more frequent shuttle to Hoi An at convenient times of the day, a shorter menu with better quality food, changed frequently, and more activities/diversions for those who prefer not to sit in the sun all day long.

I'd choose somewhere in Hoi An next time.

Always, always an amazing stay. This was my fourth time staying at the Furama in Danang. Pay for the ocean view room because it is worth it. Staff is so friendly, food is great, the location on the beach is fantastic.

This hotel is a haven of peace and calm. Great food, with a sumptuous breakfast buffet, an atmospheric bar and friendly staff. The beach was gorgeous with clear, clean blue water, gentle waves for the kids to swim in and an expanse of clean white sand. Two good pools in the hotel, which was not crowded. Very pretty at dawn as the mist hangs over Monkey Hill across the bay. Hoi Anh town is a free shuttle bus ride away and I also hired a car and driver for a day trip to Hue, where the imperial tombs and citadel are a "must see". Enjoy China Beach while you can, before the planned wave of development makes it crowded - at the moment the Furama is the only show in town. It's not cheap, but we loved our five nights there.
