I had two days golf there recently with my wife and had a very bad experience. I did book teeoff time two months ahead via my Vietnamese friend. When I was waiting for check-in on second day golf, the GM ( Assui guy ) was scolding two women and a man ( probably son of a woman ) for being late arrival. The poor man was asking a big favor by saying that " what about if we teeoff from #10 hole instaed of starting from #1 hole. The assuie guy replied him that our policy is teeing off from #1 tee. You should wait at least 30 - 40 minutes and I will see if there is a suitable one for you guys. Anyway... after checkin I was moving to #1 with my wfie. Lady marschal stoped me and asked to start with #10 by saying the #1 tee is busy now. It made me laugh, but I did accept it. While we were driving to #10 tee, the lady marschal came back and asked me to joing with two other players. I asked who they are and what's there handicap? She said she does not know who they are, but I must making joining with them as it is their policy. What I found was two walking men were asked to join with us. As I was riding buggy, I asked her either I change my buggy to walking carrier or they ride buggy. She refused it, but kept asked me to join with them. I told her how do you believe a walking player and a riding player join together and making comfotable game? She didn't try to listen what I was saying, but kept asking me to joing with them. I did refuse it and about to starting my teeoff. While I was preparing my teeoff, she made a very loud speaking to walkitalki. I asked her to leave. A few minute later, another man marschal came to the course and insisted joining and scolded me. I said, if you insist it, I will cancel my game and go to other golf course. It was a weekday golf so I though that I could get a teeoff at golf course - Danang Golf Club ( I did two days golf at Danang Golf Club ). Later, the aussi GM came and asked me to joing again. He said my original booking was starting with #10 tee, not #1. As I did not pay for fourballs, I must play with other two balls. I asked him what about the two balls in the front of me, and one ball on the next hole? Then, he disappeared. The way they pushed me to make an uncomfortable four balls game did destroy my golf vocation at there. None of them did apology for making me uncomfortable. Ture one is the aussi GM lied either to me or to the poor man. Actually the golf course was not busy as there ere so many one ball, two balls player I ever seen on the same day.

We would firstly like to thank you for playing golf with us over two days, I would like to apologize that you felt that we did not offer you the best service possible on the second round that you played with us here at Montgomerie Links. We certainly take your comments very seriously and we can assure you that we will use them in further service training for our staff moving forward.
As golf becomes more and more popular here in Vietnam and especially in the Central Coast region we are on certain days faced with the challenge of offering our visitors the best solutions possible to ensure that all players enjoy their game with us. This from time to time may mean asking groups of one or two to combine with other golfers, we are sorry that you did not find this agreeable on the day of your second round. We certainly hope that we can see you here again in the near future and I hope that this reply finds you well and that you are playing good golf wherever you may be.
