This place was located a short walk off the main street which runs parallel to the beach in the section of Da Nang called China Beach. We paid $22 for a double including taxes and breakfast. A computer was there for guest's use but it was inoperative for the time that we were there. The bathtub/shower didn't have a shower curtain on it. The breakfast facilities were dirty and the meal consisted of an egg, bread, and coffee. None of it tasted that well. Day trips to Hoi An and My Son (Cham Ruins) can be booked through this hotel. A guide, Mr. Si, who hangs around there and works at the place gives a sob story about being in a re-education camp under the present government after the fall of South Vietnam. He tries to get extra tips through this sob story. I wouldn't recommend this place even at the low price that we paid for it.
