The hotel is pretty good for the price of 15 dollar for a double incl. breaky.
Clean and nice rooms. The staff is a bit rude and is acting weird as well.
It was very different from how I was treated in other hotels in Vietnam. (in a negative way ffcouse).
The beach and town are more far away from hotel than they first tell you when you arrive.
Luckely you can borrow a bicycle. The free shuttle bus will drop you of in town center in front of their own taillorshop, annoying!
We bought traintickets at the hotel, and once boarded we were told the tickets were invalid!
There was a type-exed line over the price on the ticket, that offcouse said a different price to what we paid. The conductor was kind enough to let us stay aboard, so we were lucky! But we were still ripped of by the hotel!
If it was for me I wouldn't recommend anybody to stay here unless you don't want to take the effort walking to another hotel (bus from Hue drops you of at Grassland hotel).
