Bus stopped here so almost felt like the only option. Nice looking hotel and room. Got free bicycle, which was main reason I took it. You do need a bike to get around (to the beach or town). Food wasnt great here. And done of tge staff were really unfriendly. At 11:45, one of them knocked on my door to tell me I was past check out time, even though in the room it said 12.

I would suggest not staying here as there is nothing going on here. Make your way into town instead

Manager waiting at bus stop when we got off bus from hue. Don't usually take these hotels but were very tierd and said we would go look at the room. Staff were pleasant while trying to sell the room. Room looked clean so we said we would stay.
Swimming pool literally right behind the reception desk. Shower was only Luke warm. Had a few beers by the pool and saw a rat run into the drain surrounding the pool. Never used the pool after that and definitely didn't eat there. The staff that were all over us became rude. Flys everywhere in reception.
Too far out of town, bikes supplied are death traps.

There are indeed simple rooms but given the price, you can not expect a luxurious resort. After 1 night we decided to stay longer because we felt just fine. The rest of the days we were helped excellent. They offer a free a shuttle service to the Centre, you can take a free bike and hire a scooter. If you want to do a tour or need advice about a trip, they help you very good! In total: "Grassland" is a great hotel! Just book it!!

The staff, and especially the hotel manager, were awful!!!!tried to overcharge us for everything, the hotelroom, the open bus tickets, breakfast, and even the shuttle bus from the hotel.. we heard the staff argue with guests all the time about money.
