“Never disappoints”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 20, 2012

3 trip to Vietnam and we stayed here for the 3rd time as with the previous trips this hotel was great.
Since our last trip 2 years ago this had changed with a new wing on the hotel but the same boutique feel of the hotel was evident. rooms are spacious and the pool and bars never to busy
although the staff seemed a little in experienced the service was still good.
overall great relaxing 5 days.

Room Tip: after three trips and three different parts of the hotel it is hard to pick one room over another

We had a spacious room with a balcony overlooking rice paddies so it was all very peaceful away from the bustle of the township. The tropical gardens around the hotel and pool add to this. Buffet breakfast was very good with an egg station and particularly delicious croissants.
Hotel has a free Shuttle bus into town and charges a small fee if you want to go outside the shuttle timetable.
Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. We had trouble with the hotel map of the township which was quite confusing but we noted as we were checking out that this had been rectified.

We literally walked in off the streets as we had been double booked just down the road, and so we were hot and bothered and praying this was a good place to stay as we only looked very quickly on here before making the decision to try it. We got a good rate on Agoda so armed with that information and my lap top we turned up and asked if they had room for 5 nights. They did and gave us a quote and we showed them our quote which was 20 dollars cheaper a night and they went 1 dollar under it! Happy with that we went to our suite room. Rooms are good, not the best we stayed in, but then again, MUCH better than where we were escaping from! But what made this hotel was the staff, all fantastic, the helpfulness of the reception staff. The excellent swimming pool with bar The FREE transport to the town, or to the PRIVATE hotel beach. Free Bikes. This is was far better than where we had originally booked It was our anniversary and I asked for some flowers which I was going to pay for, what turned up was flowers, fruit and a cake, which was all complimentary. A very nice gesture and thank you to the staff that organised and did that for us. Breakfast was very good nice to have happy smiling staff in the morning help you with your breakfast. The wi-fi is excellent here we got the best skype signal on the whole of our travels and watched a football match in the bar on my laptop with a perfect picture. The hotel has a spa which we did not use, but it looked great. Dead opposite the hotel is a small restaurant with a fantastic young couple and we booked a cooking course with them, well we had a fabulous 4 hours with them, they are an absolute credit to themselves. Both speaking good English, we got in a small boat and went to the market about 1 mile up the river, spent about 3/4 of an hour walking round and then back down the river to be taught how to cook the 3 meals. Then we eat them by the river with a beer, what a brilliant morning that was, and obviously the best lunch in Vietnam.....we cooked it! There are two shops opposite and their prices are a bit higher than they should be, we had some washing done, it wasn't that brilliant. The vodka we went to buy was double the price in town. But on the plus side they stock everything!! If they haven't got it, they will go and get it, so for convenience you can't complain too much. Thanks Hoi An Trails for taking in two strays off the street and treating us like king and queen. Very much appreciated indeed.

Stayed here for 2 nights as part of a tour through Vietnam and was defi Italy impressed with this beautiful hotel. The staff are incredibly nice and helpful, the rooms are nice. The is free wifi throughout and free shuttle to and for the beach (10 min drive) and Old District (also a 10 minute drive). FYI, the shower has no door so it is impossible to take a shower without getting a lot of e bathroom wet. There is a "fitness" center, but this consists of a treadmill and 3 bikes. The pool is really nice. I would definitively come back here.

From our first impressions of being warmly welcomed by Li (Hospitality Official) to the very efficient Quan (Shuttle Bus Driver) our stay in Hoi An Trails Resort was one of the most enjoyable in Vietnam. Our breakfasts were always top class and the service from the forever smiling Ha made it a good way to start the day. If I every return to Hoi An I know where I will be stopping.

We stayed here for two nights in Feb 2012. Had a room at the front on the second floor, wonderful large room with beautiful wooden floors and balcony looking across the road to the river. Fab wet room and plenty of space. Only thing missing was a chest of drawers or shelves. Pool area is lovely and a great place to relax after a busy day walking round beautiful Hoi An. Hotel also has a free shuttle bus to town and the beach, although could do with being a bit more regular. There is a karaoke bar next door, if you want to go bed early, ask for a room at the back, although we didn't find it a problem, it added to the ambiance!

We went to Hoi An to celebrate our daughters 21st birthday. We stayed at the Hoi An Trails resort for six nights. What a great time we had. It was a family holiday and we had three rooms next to each other. The rooms were well maintained, good size. The staff where fantastic and I mean all of them, nothing was a problem.A cake and flowers was waiting in her room when we returned from dinner. The staff helped to makes this a very special holiday If you need something organised Lam the front office manager will take care of it. Great location with a short trip into town or down to the beach. Would recommend this hotel to friends and family. We will be back

Room Tip: Rooms at the back of the complex are quite
