“Beautiful accommodation, minutes away from old town”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 12, 2014

Had a fabulous stay, having been upgraded to a first floor suite. Rooms are luxurious with small touches such as complimentary fruit, flowers, toiletries, water and the option for towels/room make up twice daily. Breakfast is amazing, top quality and a three course meal in itself! The grounds of the hotel are very well kept and provide a tranquil space to relax in. Only 5 minutes walk from the old town but there is also the option to use the hotel's free bicycles to go further a field. Access to the internet via tv's in the room or use of WiFi is a bonus and we also got use from the umbrellas supplied! Worth the money and would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Such a pretty hotel. Nice room and the hotel grounds were lovely. Breakfast was great and we were able to order fresh fruit juice. Good location to the edge of the town. The hotel supplies free bikes to hire which we borrowed and cycled to the beach. Hotel staff very friendly

Beautiful little hotel on the edge of the old town. Friendly staff. Rooms clean and cleaned twice a day! Had an upgrade to deluxe at no extra charge however, other members of the group had the standard rooms as booked and they were quite standard by comparison with the deluxe. Toiletries included shower cap, comb, luscious shower wash, body lotion and shampoo, disposable razor, toothpaste and toothbrush. Hair dryer also available. King sized bed ( only criticism was the too small doona cover) Fantastically frigid air con. the coldest we've felt anywhere, actually had to turn it up to 22 * to be comfortable. Breakfast was included in the tariff and was buffet style with lots of Eastern and western choices with eggs made to order. It was served at an eating area in the hotel grounds called Memory Cafe where lunch and dinner was also available. Very good menu although relatively small. Very good service from friendly staff with an adequate command of english.

Room Tip: Deluxe is certainly a better choice for a room

What a relief to stay at this boutique hotel near the city center! My friends, wife and I stayed just some days, but had a great time. We missed a swimming pool but with the free bicycles we were in 20 minutes at the beach of Cua Dai. We would stay here again!

Room Tip: Take a room with garden view. Some rooms do not have any view.

Rooms were very comfortable and the staff went to every effort to ensure we were comfortable.

Fantastic breakfast and located only a five minute walk from the centre of the old town.

Thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast as well

The Ha An Hotel is a nice oasis almost in the heart of Hoi An. Using the free bikes the old town is less than a 5 minutes flat cycle ride away, and the beach 15 minutes away through rice paddies.
The hotel itself is very well presented with a lovely front courtyard garden, where you can relax in hammocks, comfy chairs, or sit under the verandah of the restaurant and enjoy a drink.
The breakfast offers a good choice of hot and cold selection, and in the same restaurant we enjoyed a fantastic Vietnamese dinner at very reasonable cost.
The staff could not do more to make us feel very at home.
The standard rooms through well presented are slightly small and have a very small enclosed garden with no other view. Superior rooms offer a view of the lovely courtyard garden, and worth the extra cost.
A charming property with a personal touch.
Please note there is no pool at this hotel, .. Unable to remove pool rating so selected 5 !

As soon as you walk through the gates into the beautiful garden you feel relaxed and at home. Rooms are located in the L shape building, and all seem unique. Nice selection of complimentary goods, tea coffee, fruit basket. Plenty of toiletries.

Plenty of smiling staff on hand to greet you.

We arrived very early from the night train and they offered us free breakfast. The breakfast buffet is excellent, fresh fruit, pastries, cheeses, ham, pancakes, omlette station and traditional Vietnamese food too.

The central garden has hammocks, chairs and. Flower covered pool table.Great place to chill with a cocktail after a hard day clothes shopping!

Free bikes available at the entrance, make getting round town a breeze.

Town is just a 5 min walk away. The beach is 4km about 70,000 dong in a taxi.

Airport transfers to da nang are 21$ and the car is lovely.

It's hard to say exactly what makes this place feel so special. It feels so homely I was sad to leave.
