We were extremely happy with our stay at palm garden. We stayed for 5 nights and would have been happy to stay even longer. Our room was very good, bed was huge and so comfortable! The breakfast was delicious and we were very happy with the cafes and restaurants within the resort. The pool is beautiful as is the beach. All the staff are friendly and the resort gardens are maintained very well.

We spent 8 nights at the Palm Garden Beach Resort and you cannot fault it. It's beautifully kept,
quiet with extensive grounds and amazing vegetation. The pool was very large and the beach was beautiful with palm trees and looking either way it seemed to strech for miles. The rooms are very comfortable with a contemporary feel, but there is not enough cupboard space for two people. They should put some shelves up. The breakfast were wonderful and the staff couldn't have been any nicer. There is a shsuttle going into town 4 times a day. Perhaps they should offer more but it's only 1000 dong in a taxi to Hoi an. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. It was completelly full when we were there but you never felt crowded. We stayed from 20-30 April.

After the bustle of Hanoi, Hoi An was so peaceful and casual and relaxing at this fantastic hotel made our 3 nights really special. The grounds are huge and the staff spend all morning pampering the garden and lawns. We had a beachside unit and opening the door and strolling a few steps to the beatiful beach was magic.Unit clean ,fantastic bath area and good bed and facilities.Cleaned well and 2 free bottles of water in the fridge ( which was really cold ) was a nice touch along with the chocies.Massive choice of food at brek.Asian, european and every other sort
Pool was massive and you can do laps across 2 directions which is great if there are others around. It was very warm though-a bit like a bath when its 35 degrees outside .Beach was nice-lifeguards ,roped off area for safety and jetskis for hire .Best swimming was in the morning as sea breeze grew during the day .
Free shuttle to town and when ( as happened a few times with us ) it was full they laid on cabs at no cost
Hard to beat the service here .Would love to return

Room Tip: grab the beachfront if you can afford it .

On a recent holiday in Vietnam, our group enjoyed a lovely 6night stay at Palm Gardens. After experiencing the pace of Hanoi and a couple of 10k hikes in Sapa, we were well and truly ready to relax and be pampered. Palm Gardens is visually so striking, the gardens are beautifully kept and add to the serenity of this resort. The pool is huge and can well and truly accommodate all guests (and all ages), however the beach is the nicest place to be on a hot day to enjoy the sea breeze. There are plenty of sun lounges and umbrellas, both around the pool and the beach and the life guards are quick to arrive with a fluffy, clean towel when you finally decide on your "spot". There is bar service around the pool and the beach, just wave the flag and the friendly staff will take your food &/or drink order. Even though Palm Gardens is a large resort, I never felt like it was crowded. It was only when attending the breakfast buffet do you realise how many people are staying there. The breakfast buffet is amazing, a wide variety of foods to suit all tastes and always fresh and delicious. The resort has a lot of great features, like a bar right on the beach, dining options (cafe, restaurant, bars), beautiful day spa, games room, playground, beach volleyball, jet ski hire and a free shuttle bus to town and back (10mins away) several times a day. Palm Gardens staff are friendly and helpful (as is usual with most Vietnamese service staff). If you cannot relax here, then you wouldn't be able to relax anywhere! Oh, and if you want to have a meal outside the resort, Mi Casa just across the road has quite possibly the best Vietnamese food I ate whilst in Vietnam.

We spent 5 days staying in town prior to moving to this resort. We now know we should have stayed in town for these two days. The large size of the resort just lost all the service and charm we had received staying in a lot smaller places throughout our travels through Vietnam.
In saying that if I did(but probably won't) I would pick Palm Gardens over other resorts on the beach for several reasons. One it had the nicest gardens, pool and plus i think nicest part of the Cui Dai beach. We were never hassled on the beach by vendors.
We preferred An Bang beach over Cua Dai beach.
We liked Golden Lotus restaurant accross the road for dinner. Great service and really nice food at good prices.

Stayed here last summer. The entire hotel, beach frontage, garden and the pool are just perfect. The hotel staff are very nice. Nicely tucked away from the " touristy" areas of Hoi An, but close enough to be there in 10 minutes on a motorbike. The resort's bar and lounge had an awesome live band playing while you are having a drink.
