“Inconvenient location”

Neither close to old town nor to the beach, this hotel does have a number of positive attributes. The hotel design is lovely, several buildings connected by covered walkways. Our room was attractively furnished, quiet, and had a pleasant balcony. My only complaint with our room is that is was very dim, even the bathroom, and smelled so musty that I had to light a scented candle. Staff was excellent, the breakfast was fine. The hotel has a spa that offers superb massage. If you do have a massage (and I recommend that you do) be aware that you will have a foot wash prior to the massage, which is very pleasant but I thought perhaps they were prepping for a pedicure. The massage is in a communal room with about five tables. You undress in the communal massage room (leave panties on) which is less public than it sounds, as everyone else is blissfully being massaged. Especially perfect if you happen to have a rainy day during your visit!

A wonderful deal in Hoi An with free shuttle to old town and beach. Beach was unswimmable in February but poolside was excellent. Nguyen Thu Huong in the restaurant made us feel special. A relaxing retreat after shopping and dining in Hoia An. Hotel restaurant food was terrific.

This very lovely hotel not too far from the center of town has a lot going for it. The downside is the neighborhood roosters who begin their racket at 3:30 a.m. Every morning. They are crowing in the daytime too so you can't take a nap either.
One wonderful upside to this place is the massage personnel. They do a wonderful job for very few dollars. I had no trouble snoozing while being gently pummeled by well trained hands. $17 American dollars for an hour. Bliss.

Stayed for 5 nights. Good sized rooms and a lovely pool. It's about a 30 minute walk from the old town but the courtesy mini bus service is great. You can always borrow a bike to get to the beach or go for a ride amongst the paddy fields.

Staff really helpful and the cock crowing at 5.30am will ensure you make the most of your day!

At first, we were given a room with a “not so good” view. After complaining, the receptionist was quick at moving us to a much better room.

The staff is very helpful. The breakfasts were delicious and our room had a nice balcony with garden view.

On the downside, the hotel is located a little far away from the centre of Hoi An and from the beach. The hotel has overcome this problem by providing a complementary shuttle service.

The WIFI was not very strong in the room but excellent in the lobby. They have a few computer that guests can use anytime of the day.

Room Tip: Select a room with a balcony with garden view.

A lovely hotel with a great pool and beautiful setting. The hotel has a nice feel about it, more like a resort. The breakfasts are great and the rooms large and comfortable. There is a pool table which is free to use and also free bicycles - just don't lock them up in the old town as the police like to remove them and its a big mission to get them back.

The only downside for some is that the hotel is a couple of km outside of Hoi An town. We stayed there 4 nights and this wasn't a problem at all for us as we just cycled in (scooter is another option, or tuk tuk). The hotel is also great value.
