This old wooden bridge has so much character and history, providing some great photo opportunities. However it is a challenge to get an uninterrupted photo shot of the bridge, huge volume of tourists, bus loads. We liked the little shops over the bridge and made a few purchases, the shops on the left sell nice quality lacquer ware, nicely presented. Further on your left is the restaurant Mai Fish reviewed separately.
