We booked a standard room but on our arrival, found it too mildewy ( Hoi An can get a lot of rain). We upgraded to a more expensive deluxe room which was excellent = quiet, large, clean, modern and worth the extra money. We ended up staying for 6 nights.
They have a very helpful staff - for example, they booked a flight for us after they researched the best air deal for us. They compared 3 different airlines and compared prices and schedules for us.
The young lady who cooks the eggs for breakfast does the best eggs in Vietnam. We were impressed with all the staff working there - probably the best we met in our 3 weeks in Vietnam.
There is free computer access for internet and free use of umbrella's if it's raining. The have a very nice pool. Location a bit out of the centre but a 10 minute walk to restaurants and banks, markets. etc.
You can also rent bikes across from the hotel which is really worth doing - you can bike to many locations around Hoi An and really explore the town and beach.
