At the Pacific Hotel you will find satisfactory. The staff is friendly and helpful, especially Roben,Thanh,Jolly and Lily (my little special sunflower). If you sing: "Happy happy Lilyday, shell give you the sweetest smile.

Staying at this hotel grants you some nice benefits such as: complimentary busride to and from the city center as well as their private beach which is nice and peaceful.

I definately recommend this hotel and if I'm ever going to Vietnam (Hoi An) I would be sure to check out this hotel again. 5/5 stars from here..

Had a great stay here for 3 nights- good value for money as we booked a deal last minute online. Very nice pool area which is shaded from the afternoon sun, a perfect way to relax after a hot sweaty morning in Hoi An or My Son. Staff were very friendly (especially Lily and Laura!) and breakfast as fairly good (lots of fresh fruit and eggs cooked to order). Room was clean and quiet. Recommended hotel, however the beers served by the pool need to be colder!

We stayed here for 5 nights and was not disappointed. The service was fantastic from all staff, the bedrooms great (not huge like some other hotels but definitely big enough for the twin and quite frankly who needs it!)

The hotel runs a shuttle bus to and from the Ancient town and the private beach but these do stop around 9pm. However, taxi's cost 27'000 dong for a journey so hardly a problem.

The pool was a refreshing break from the heat (it really us hot here with temperatures in excess of 36 degrees frequently) However, whilst it was no means filthy (the water was clean and treated every night) it could have done with a scrub around the edges!

The free breakfast was good with a wide variety but the food in the restaurant wasn't great. However, you really should eat in the Ancient town as the restaurants here are incredible! The cocktail and spirit prices at the hotel bar were over-priced (three times as much as other places) but we learnt this quickly. Beer and sift drinks were very reasonable.

A really enjoyable stay. Make sure that you go to the Ancient town for food (Mermaid restaurant, Streets restaurant, Morning Glory, White Marble to name but a few) But be warned. You are spoilt by the food here and nothing before or after lives up to it's high standards!
