“Amazing, the place in Hoi An where you want to stay”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 21, 2014 via mobile

The hotel is great. Less than 10 minutes walking from the center and 3km on your way to the beach. Their bikes to take you everywhere are free. The place is very modern, clean and the staff is very nice. Always smiling. They help you out with anything you need. Specially the receptionist TRINH is so polite and helpful. We would recommend this place to our friends for sure. Her kindness is out of this world. Thank you so much for make our stay unforgettable.

We just stayed for 2 nights at the hotel. The hotel is magnificent- the rooms are extremely comfortable and well maintained, and it is fantastic value and perfectly located. The staff were incredibly helpful, going out of their way to help us at any opportunity. Will definitely be coming back and would recommend without hesitation!!

It is a nice hotel, but nothing outside of an ordinary hotel. The service is great, but $40-60 for one night in Vietnam is way too overpriced, particularly for this hotel. They used to have more reasonable prices just a few months ago.

We spent two nights here and were disappointed not to be able to book a further two, as all rooms were taken.

The hotel appeared to be new, with very nice rooms, which were a little smaller than we became accustomed to in Vietnam but were still of a perfectly reasonable size. The double bed was comfortable and all the fittings were new and of a good standard. The bathroom and shower were excellent. Everywhere was spotless.

Free tea and coffee were available in the lobby throughout the day and evening and there was a free cocktail provided every day. The tea provided was exceptionally nice.

Breakfast was a little more limited than we had been used to elsewhere but was perfectly adequate.

Staff were extremely helpful and very friendly.

The hotel is in an excellent location, around a five minute (if that) leisurely walk into the heart of the old town.

I think that overall, this is a really excellent choice and a bargain at the price we paid, which was around $30.

A modern hotel with lovely clean rooms, hot showers, comfy bed, good quiet ac and amazing staff who were always pleasant and smiling. Free bike hire and only 5 mins walk to the central market. Breakfast was the only fault not enough choice or variation. Excellent value for money would definitely stay there again.

It is very new and has a lot of very friendly staff. The breakfast is good and you get free bikes which is handy to go to the beach. It is just out of the centre but so near that it does not matter. The only negative was the noise of the water pump on the roof. Not sure if it was just our room which got the noise...I also loved the free cocktails every day!

Room Tip: Probably not on the top floor because of water pump

We found the staff here to be very helpful and friendly. We booked one of the better rooms with two nice big windows, one facing the street so it was bright and airy with nice high ceilings. Huge bathroom with double sinks! I don't know if all of the rooms are this nice, but it does not cost that much to book the best rooms in average hotels in Vietnam, so I would recommend it. The breakfasts were fine; I love eggs in the morning. Typical high test Vietnamese coffee, but it is good when you mix it with tea. Really! The free bikes were great. We biked all over town and even biked out to the beach one day, not far at all. It is well located, just a couple of blocks from all the tourist hype, which it is nice to get away from for a bit.

Room Tip: Rooms at the front are a good size and very nicely appointed.
