This is a wonderful restaurant, maybe my favourite in the whole world. Set in a lovely village and run by enthusiastic, creative women, the food was delicious, as fresh as can be and excellent. My husband asked for vegetarian food and they presented a whole variety of vegetarian and vegan dishes. We were shown around by Hiem (Helen), who is knowledgable, fun and super-smart, a third-generation rice paper maker, who explained how they grow their veggies (the village uses organic principles, aquaculture, etc) The restaurant also offers cooking classes and tours. If you visit Hoi An, make sure you have lunch here.
