“10 out of 10!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 19, 2013 via mobile

This hotel had everything:
New Hotel with Beautiful clean rooms and views of a cumquat orchard
Good bathrooms with hot water
Air conditioning and heating
Excellent free wifi and computers
Good breakfasts
Free bicycles which were new and had a light!
Great service (we booked a train and had laundry done through them, and were warned about some local scams)
Free use of the lobby shower and toilet and pool area on the days we checked in and checked out.

It is a 15 min walk or 7 min bike ride into town, but that does make it closer to an bang beach (about a 15 min bike ride away). Make sure you get your bike early in the morning as they are all checked out later on.

Great value for money!

Large rooms with a cute little balcony..well equipped rooms and the swimming pool was a plus (though we didn't use it as it was a bit cold)..overall a good experience and the reception staff were very informative and helpful

Quiet location with a great view of the salt pans & the nearby villages , a 15minute walk into the old town area of Hoi Ann..you could also borrow their bicycles for free..

The breakfast was average ,made It tougher that none of the restaurant staff spoke much English

Room Tip: All higher rooms have a great view and all the rooms except for the top floor have a decent sized ba...

I say top or or nothing with a slight pinch. The only reason is the noise in the morning. We stayed on the second floor and could hear the morning traffic, the cleaners next door gossiping and chatting, kids running up and down the corridor, water running from the room above and herd every time some one slammed a door in the hotel.

My mate stayed on the top floor (5th) and said he couldn't hear a thing. However, the rooms are remarkably smaller. Also the elavator stops at the fourth floor (inconvenient if you can't handle walking a flight of stairs).

It's in a great location, out of the hussle and bussle but still walking distance to the city centre (and a place to hire bikes/scooters right across the road) It's about half way between the centre and the beach.

Great service, the rooms are clean with complimentry fresh fruit delivered daily.

Too far away, other hotels have shuttle buses to centre of town, have to take taxis road too dark to bike back on. 15 minute walk but too dark no street lights for returning back, Nice pool, terrible building works, everything is still being built, I would suggest checking with the hotel and staying there once they are finished. Was meant to have a double room with a balcony but got a 3 bed/4 person room with no balcony as they were too full to give us the right room. After two nights they did offer for us to move to the right room. No safes in the room so if you like to keep you valuables in a safe it’s not good. They do however give free drinking water, one small bottle per day which other hotels hadn’t

We arrived at the hotel after a horrendous overnight sleeper bus journey from Nha Trang. Desperate for a shower and a relax the staff provided access to our room even though only 9.30 am. They could not have been more helpful throughout our staff. Majority of staff spoke good English and provided excellent advice when requested. Hotel provide bikes free of charge which is ideal to get into old Hoi An town although the walk is simple and straightforward also. Rooms of a very good size, clean and with complimentary water. Would highly recommend this hotel as a base whilst in Hoi An which is a beautiful town full of good restaurants and lovely architecture.

We really liked this hotel. We paid 30 USD for the night and for that we got a modern hotel, lovely room and bathroom, a pool, free bikes and wifi and breakfast.

Location wise it's about a ten minute cycle into the centre of hoi an which is really nice to cycle around and the hotel bikes are in great condition.

The staff are excellent, even though we were late for breakfast they served us and we were also very late for our taxi to the train station and they held it for us! They all had very good English too.

There is also a small spa in the hotel.

Highly recommend!

Out of a two month trip across south east Asia this was one of the best hotels we stayed in. lovely big rooms, clean and tidy. Good pool! Free bikes, we used them every day. Great place would highly recommend. The staff were great as well.
