My girlfriend and I found out about this cooking class at Kimmy's (tailor). The price was reasonable and the description of the course promised a more personal approach, so we immediately grabed the opportunitiy.
After taking the tour of the market, where we discovered some new and exciting vegetables and fruits, we headed to the famous Bell well which provides the key ingredient (water) of Cao lao noodles in Hoi An and then to Tropics garden restaurant.
We were welcomed by owner-chef Hung, who was very nice and informative. The cooking class was an excellent experinece. We cooked 4 dishes and along the way chef Hung thought us some useful tricks and recepie adaptations for back home, where all the ingredients are not availible. A great way to spend an afternoon in Hoi An.
