We went here for dinner after a fitting for my friends weddin dress at Yaly just across the river. The restaurant doesn't look as fancy as some along the riverfront strip (which because t is at street number "1", you need to walk past tp get here), but don't be fooled, it's worth the walk. At first the waiter seemd quite distacted, until we realised that he was keeping an eye out for a taxi for the people next to us, which was good service for them. Once he took our orders it was great.
My wife felt like mixed seafood basket, which even though it wasn't on the menu, they were more than happy to make up for her. We also has fried tofu, saffron fish, fried buttenr and lemon fish, and a plate of fantasically crispy fish. Everyone apart from me was so satisfied with their mains that they couldn't even contemplate dessert, but I couldn't go past the mango pancake, which was beautiful and crispy on the edges, and soft and buttery in the middle, with chunks of gorgeous fresh mango inside. Nom nom nom.
