I wish I had read other reviews before going here, but most hotels fully booked. The staff are friendly but they are smiling thieves. We were overcharged by 50,000 per train ticket, they said this was tax, but tax is already included in the ticket, everything was tight because of Tet so we paid, but after speaking to others realised the rip-off. It is hardly a one star hotel that should be avoided it has the hardest beds ever (I am a tough bushwalker and I mean it), nothing really works, no maintenance and other westerners arguing about other things as well. When we checked out to another hotel so that we could sleep, we discovered that my 13 year olds I-pod touch was missing, a really old one that a westerner would not steal. I fronted the manager and head girl asking them to deal with both issues, giving them the opportunity to address before posting this but they would not budge. We also heard bad stories from a nice local girl in a restaurant across the road about her being ripped off for a train ticket, so that's ruthless, where in this country, westerners are easy prey!
