Spent 3 very enjoyable nights here. The hotel is located in a great spot away from the hustle & bustle but a short walk to all the sights. You would never guess from the outside what lies beyond the front doors but the hotel was one of the best that we stayed in during our time in Vietnam.

Huge rooms, nice pool, spotlessly clean and a very good breakfast (banana pancakes are a must).

A lovely touch was the packed breakfast they gave us when we had to catch an early flight.

Compared to what you pay in other parts of the world, I would also say excellent value.

Stayed here with the family including 3 kids. Nice small pool, great sized family room, (ask for view of the river) we got a free upgrade! Shower didnt have hot water, but the bath did! Good cleaning of the room each day, all facilities you need in the room, including fridge, less than 1 minute walk to japanese bridge, and night market, excellent location, washing got lost each day but all worked out, breakfast ok too. for the price you get good facilities with to be expected reliability as is the case right across vietnam, for a family - good stuff but dont expect perfection! (Loved the free bike hire each day too!)

My room, Deluxe with balcony, was very spacious, with beautiful design. A lot of cafes and restaurants near, old town was right opposite and it was so amazing to explore it by bike, which is free in hotel. The beach is rather far away, it took 80 dongs to get there by taxi, but I found this location the best in town.

Great location, away from the hustle and bustle (but literally only 2 min walk away) of the old town, across the river.
We got a nice quiet room on the 2nd floor, with "townview" (more like a view on the houses across the road). Ask them to show you a couple of rooms and make your choice that way.
The rooms are big, the bathrooms huge and the bathtub even huger! There is a little reading nook, a desktop, wireless internet, TV with a lot of English channels, nice fluffy bathrobes and big towels. On the downside the beds are quite hard, the pillows horrible and the aircon doesn't work very well.
Breakfast is fine, everything you can think of really.
The do laundry, and rent out (motor)bikes, but I'd recommend to just use their next-door neighbour for those.
