“Great cooking class”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 24, 2013

We (a family of 5, with 3 young children) took the cooking class today, with master chef Lily. She was amazing, funny and flexible. The food was soooo tasty, best Vietamese dishes we ever had. We visited the market in the morning and later we had a tour around the vegitable beds. We cooked 4 meals and had a fantastic lunch. The kids enjoied it a lot too.

“Absolutely worth every penny!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 23, 2013

We were recommended this class by our hotel and so glad we went. We were met at our hotel by the very lovely Lilly who was our teacher for the day. We cycled with her to the market where she talked us through local foods and then cycled on to the beautiful farming village where they are based. The surrounding are stunning and so tranquil. The class was top quality throughout, food was fresh and healthy and Lilly was an excellent teacher! Highly recommend!!

“Lovely Stop For Lunch and a Wander”

We wandered through the stunning herb gardens and then stopped in to have a quick cooking lesson and eat lunch. Very gregarious chef made it very entertaining and fun. The food was fresh, organic and delicious.

“Absolutely worth the effort and money”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 20, 2013

Hi
I went and did the tour yesterday 20/12/13.
I'm not a cook but I had an awesome time
They take you through the market, explaining things as they go.
Then it's off to the water wheel. Helen took us around the fields explaining things.
Without taking the surprise away I would make this place very high on the "things to do list"
One of the best things is they give you the recipes so you can do them at home!
BTW it's not a good idea to wear thongs as we go through the fish market, but we do get to soak the feet.
I loved it

“Fantastic oplace”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 20, 2013

The place is fantastic and a sort of a unique one to visit. The place is laden with grown vegetables and teaches how to grow large vegetable yields with lower costs. The vegetable field is another form of sort of drip irrigation which allows the field to grow several kinds of veggies. The field is next to a large pond of water which is actually a water reservoir that pumps the water into the field when required. The place must be visited by school children so that they learn the way of growing vegetables and fruits. This is also seen as an activity to motivate children at a tender age to learn the art of growing different plants for fun and recreational purposes. The place must be visited for two to three hours and the length of the trip depends upon the interest you have with plants and related stuff.
