One of the lower cost (450,000 dong / USD22 per night in Jan 2013) accommodation options in Hoi An. Good service. No thrill, but ok breakfast. Almost opposite Palmarosa, the best spa in town. About 200-300m walk to the city center. Got a double room in top (4th) floor. Room was facing the wall of the next building, less than a meter of space between. Looking straight down, you could also see the edge of the pool, which is located at the dining hall and is therefore of little use. First two nights there was almost no water pressure and no hot water, but the hotel fixed it on my third day of stay there. I also stayed in two other hotels in Hoi An, which had slightly higher price but larger rooms. In comparison, the nice thing in Hoa Binh is that it was quiet, so you don't wake up to the scooter traffic at 6am. For those seeking a nice budget option, I can recommend this one.

Lovely big clean room, nice big telly, window, good air con, a pool and a fridge. Next door to a Highway 4!
CONS- room only cleaned once in our 3 night stay, breakfast not our cup of tea- spicy noodles, pastas buffet etc.

ok hotel, i mean it was super well situated. the room was ok, but the tv didnt work at all :( the breakfast that's included was amazing, seriously one of the best we've ever had in vietnam up until now. the staff spoke good english and were very helpful. all in all a good value

Well run, busy but quiet hotel in centre of Hoi An. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast included in price. Our double bedroom was too small. Offered bigger room on 2nd day but we had already committed to hotel next door. Staff even moved our luggage for us, brilliant service.
