“Had lunch here 3 times in one week! ”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 14, 2014

Loved it! Super fresh, tasty food - we went back a couple more times.

Particularly liked the papaya and chicken salad and the spring rolls.

The paintings on the wall are also absolutely gorgeous. It's quite cute that they give you a postcard of one of the paintings when they give you the bill.

Super delicious - visit here for sure!

“Go for the Wantons”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 13, 2014

We loved Miss Ly, went there for dinner early Jan and had the tasting menu of local specialities. The Wontons were the best we had in Vietnam, White Rose delicious too. The service was really nice and you can tell it's a family run place that cares. It's down a side street so not the best view but once inside the atmosphere is great and it's excellent value for money.

“Place for tourist”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed January 12, 2014

It was no bad, just absolutely average. No locals would go there, instead it was packed with tourists. There are so many places with great Vietnamese food in this region, much better than that one. By far.

“Small and cosy restaurant with great vietnamese food”

Beautiful paintings on the wall, very small so we had to make a reservation. Great food, real vietnamese cuisine.

“Super fresh - Perfect for first-timers (Vietnamese cuisine)”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 11, 2014

Super fresh ingredients with great service. Two crucial qualities for a good meal out.

We passed the restaurant on foot earlier in the afternoon so grabbed a Vietnamese iced coffee and made a reservation for that night. We also saw the kitchen full of the girls working hard at prep for the evening. You can also call the staff for a reservation they speak good English.

We tried:
Hoanh thanh chien (Fried Wonton with sautéed pork and a delish topping of prawns and sauce)
Banh Bao (Steamed prawns in rice dumplings with crispy toppings)
Cao lau (Pork noodles)
Morning Glory (Green spinach-like veggie with chilli and garlic)
Beef & Vegetable soup (a yummy broth)

All super tasty. The attentive team will guide you with what's good for your palette and how to eat it when it arrives, a little messy with the fried wonton which are similar to a Mexican hard shell taco.

The house red was good too!

Left full and content. Would definitely return ;o)
