“fab hotel”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 14, 2011

a lovely hotel, stayed in a lovely room (level 4) which was cleaned every day. very friendly staff who couldnt do enough for you from the maids right up to the bar and resturant manager who had no problem changing my pudding as i didnt like the one i had ordered! pool area is lovely, and fun pool side games.

the hotel is in a nice area for people with children as it is not on the main strip and a nice walk to the beach and a lovely long walk to the marina where you will find some gorjus resturants and be able to eat on the terrace looking over the marina. you will find bar street down here aswell with some clubs if you want some night life. club aida had entertainment every night like turkish night every friday, a group of street dancers performed one of the nights, and the kids disco every night which starts at 9.30pm which my 3yr old daughter loved!

all in all had a fab holiday and would return to this hotel in the furture

Just returned from 11 days at club aida ,the hotel is lovely and clean and the complex is very good.rooms get cleaned everyday and cleaning staff are very nice.
the bar staff and the waiters are great making sure you get everything you need.
daily pool side entertainment is fun and gets everyone joining in and having fun which then runs into the night times ranging from quiz nights to turkish night it is all fun.
The hotel is about 15-20 min walk from the beach and marina (lovely stroll in the sunshine) or you can get a bus outside the hotel (1-50 tl each) and travel down that way.

My only quibble with the hotel is be careful walking around the pool it is slippy when wet

I would highly recommend this hotel and hope to be returning again next year

Just got back from a fantastic 2 week break, this is our 2nd time at Club Aida and i would definately go back again. It was nice to see some familiar faces in the restaurant and ALL the waiters/waitresses were friendly and helpfull.
The prices for drinks are the same as last year so with a better exchange rate they are actually cheaper!
It's a brand new entertainment team this year, and although the games are a little repetetive you DON'T have to join in and they will leave you alone .I cant comment on night time entertainment as we always went out.
The rooms were always spotless ,the pool area spotless.
Whilst there is a bit of noise at night ,looking at the location of a lot of other hotels i can imagine they are a LOT noisier. You can always close the window and hire the air con at £15 per week ,which you will need the nearer to august you go.
All in all i would recommend this hotel to anyone .
The resort itself has something for most people ,yes they do try to get you into their bars/restaurants ,and they can get annoying but just keep walking and they target someone else.
There are bargain's galore in the shops so haggle away and don't be afraid to walk away and try somewhere else if you dont get the price you want.
I wish i could go back again later in the year ,so fingers crossed i can scrape some cash together,
Great hotel , great resort, great holiday.

The noisiest hotel i've ever stayed in! paper thin walls, Buses pulling up at all hours (1 2 3 O'clock)
Saying that the hotel is very clean and the maid were fantastic,
The "entertainment" team were poor (killer pool, water polo, darts every day for 2 weeks, PLEASE) and were very rude to a younge couple who wanted to just relax, calling them boring and lazy what seemed like every day.
The spa was exellent and well priced,
Hair dressers was good to but they do seem to hassle you a bit too much,
Not to far from beach or night life (if you can call it night life)
You cant walk down the street with out being hassled to go in this place or this place (which all do the same food)
All in all friendly people, Nice weather what else do you want for a cheapo holiday

This is the very first time that i have ever written a review but after going on the best holiday ever and staying in proabably the best hotel in marmaris I just couldnt resist!! the staff in the hotel are all so friendly and practically fluent in english, the entertainment staff keep everything interesting because there such lovely enthusiastic people! and if you have kids there amazing with children! theres entertainment on stage every evening which always include something that us hotel guests have to get involved with from belly dancing, kareoke, games and more! ! the food was absolutly gorgous! they hold an indian night, turkish night and more... theres a hair dressers which is so resonibly priced, a spa which is gorgous ! annd a shop for any last minute drinks or food you may want to get! so u dont have to walk down the road. everything is local from shops to the beach yet its situated in an area just outside the nightlife which makes it even more wonderful you'll understand when you go! :) dont hold back or query this hotel cause it purely blew me away in amazement! we even met people that had been going back every year for 7 years or something ridiculous! thats how amazing it is!! :) as i said in the title theres not one thing i could fault!! 100% AMAZING!! (the cleaner even does your washing up!! )
