The staff were lovely but the first day I was there I wanted to walk out. Got fed up of hearing the same record being played at least every three hours, and everything else in between was much of the same head banging kind. No entertainment and the main pool is deep, not family friendly at all. The water slide was only on for an hour a day. Food was terrible first few days - think there was a problem with the chef but got a bit better towards the end of the holiday and not much variety. The guys playing the music were only interested in one thing and that was the same all over the resort. Wouldn't go back to this hotel or Turkey again.

Made the mistake of travelling to this 'all inclusive 4 star resort' in September 2011 and wanted (and seriously considered) to turn around and go home!

Similar experience with the silent and unhelpful luggage man! We were not asked if we needed help with our luggage, he just grabbed it and started walking off with it so we followed. Stood in the room waiting for a tip, when we eventually clocked on to that was what he wanted gave him some, then greedily he asked for more!! Room was not up to standard and felt dirtier getting out the shower than i did when i went in!

Hostile environment to say the least, the food (if you can call it that) was the same for every meal EVERY DAY, which I suppose is ok if you love chicken rice and chips! Not to mention the need for an asbestos digestive system if you were going to eat there. Was ill pretty much everytime we ate (which we quickly learned not to). Had to eat out every day for breakfast lunch and dinner.

On the first evening the air con didnt work and I went down to reception and asked to be moved, took them a good 30 minutes to be convinced and a stern talking to (and we were one of about 7 guests in the entire complex so they were not exactly short of rooms!) Felt like we were being watched all the time, i'm guessing many of the staff members other reviews mention had been laid off, as all we had were assumably the miserable family that ran it who didnt even like interacting with each other let alone the guests!

Had to fight for them to take the lid off of the pool table and the shop wasnt open for the whole time we were there! Avoided the hotel as much as we possibly could for the week we were there, using it just as somewhere to sleep. Ruined our whole trip and as a result would not return to Turkey. Majorly put us off and would not even recommed letting your god stay there

Hotel , pools , restaurant and the bar was very dirty , when we arrived we had a man drag our bags off us take us to our room which he flung our suitcases and stood in the corner of the room for 10 minutes (very intimidating ) it turned out he was waiting for a tip which we didn't want to give but we had to to get the man out of our room , there was 9 year old children serving alcoholic drinks behind the bar he had been sent by his parents as punishment! , the food was that bad we eat out every night even tho we paid for all inclusive , the hotel ruined our holiday :(

We were having a fab time at this hotel staff were great and also had a good laugh with vicky and sonny each evening. rooms were clean and spacious yes the drinks were weak and not much variety but didnt bother me. 2 days before we were leaving the hotel went bust and was ripped out by bankers we had to move hotels which made us very sad as we were having a ball and even considering booking to go back in august. i just hope one day it reopens and hires all the staff back and vicky and sonny return.

Myself and my partner went to the Sun Love for a week at the end of May 2012. Upon first impressions you don't want to get off the coach but this is nothing to do with the hotel it's the surroundings. But as soon as you go through the doors to the sun love your treated like royalty! Firstly greeted by the manager who was really accommodating in all aspects. We requested a pool view with a balcony with table and chairs in a good sunny area which we were given straight away. We were then taken to our room and our cases were carried for us. The room was very clean, modern, with free aircon, tv, kingsize bed (not 2 singles pushed together) and a fridge. The bathroom was very clean with a nice powerful shower. There's wifi which we could not get signal in the room but the balcony was fine as we're the public areas! (the website says its only available in public areas anyway so no complaints)
The room was cleaned daily by the friendly cleaners, the bedding was changed and new towels were given everyday! The rest of the hotel is of a exceptional standard, the selection of pools are nicely laid out and are very clean, plenty of sun beds which are also cleaned, hosed down and repositioned at the end of each day. The bar area is fun, tendered by Serkan who is a great bloke, running the bar from 10am until 11pm every day he's always so happy, funny and friendly. There's a small selection of alcaholic drinks available, from local beer, red/white wine, vodka and other spirits to all sorts of soft drinks, coke, lemonade, orange ect..... And these are available all day!
The restaurant is ran by Jake who is also the same, friendly, funny, happy. Your garrenteed not to go hungry here, plenty to pick from at breakfast from fruit, cereal, toast, salad, basic English breakfast consisting of egg, sausage, and beans. You can have as much of whatever you want. Lunch and dinner are also very nice with a nice selection of different food every time as well as salads, soups and bread which is available all the time. There were also 2 BBQ evening whilst we stayed which were awesome.
On site there is the Al A Carte restaurant and bar which is owned by Vicky and Sonny who are lovley, so helpfull, friendly and welcoming. There full English and cocktails are to die for! The hotel bar closes at 11pm and I recommend heading straight over to Vicky and Sonny you will have a great night, great food and great company!
There's also a shop open all day until late if you want a ice cream or any little bits.
Location wise it took us slow walkers 15 mins to walk into Marmaris main resort but a taxi is also only 12 Lira (£4.30)
Overall we really enjoyed our stay at the Sun Love hotel and would like to Expecially thank Serkan,Jake,Vicky and Sonny for making us feel so welcome.
Were trying to book another week in September so fingers crossed

was greeted by a friendly receptionist, despite arriving at 2am after a crazy shuttle transfer vicky and sony from the on site restaurant were happy to open up and make us some burger and chips!

we were located at a 2bedroom family room as there was only me and my fiance, we asked if we could move to a smaller room with a pool view. in which the manager gladly did. :)

hotel is a good 15minute walk from town and beach, all though there is a shop on hotel site.

food is average, plenty of salad and get a slightly similar meals every lunch and dinner.. pizza, chicken, burgers, had a bbq night, ect... and basic english breakfast!

as for all inclusive drinks its only vodka, beer or white/red with fruity drinks...
no cocktails and fancy drinks (only in the a la carte restaurant for 8limar per cocktail... but for the price we paid we couldn't complain!

great fun slide! even for the big kids....
the bar man loves to blast the radio all day everyday... same songs! but hey if your typsi you dont care!

be prepared to be chatted up by the bar man! Sarkan! .. and the talkative restaurant manager Jake. Vicky and Sony were lovely helping out with everything! they have a great pool table by the restaurant.

overall it is a lovely small hotel, dont be expecting 5*
would come back for a cheap and cheerful stay again!!

Stayed at sun love with 4 o my friends at the end of may. Upon arrival we were greeted by VIcky who owns the ala carte restaurant with her husband, who are both lovely and were very hospitable and friendly. The family room we were given was better than we expected and also very clean. Only issues were not being able to have a shower without flooding the bathroom and also the small balcony.
We weren't given clean towels daily despite leaving our towels on the bathroom floor as you usually do in hotels, the cleaners simply picked them up and put them back on the bed.

The pool is great and the slide is lots of fun, even if you're not a kid.

The bar staff were barable at the start of the holiday (for the first day maybe) but got overly friendly and irritating especially at meal times where it would of been nice to have been left to eat in peace rather than have one member of our groups name called constantly in an annoying manner and being spoken to in Turkish in what seemed to be a joke as the other waiters were laughing a long making another member of the group feel uncomfortable.
One member of our group was leered at throughout the holiday by the married bar man, who makes a point of telling everyone he has a wife but cheats on her with any girl that will open her legs to him. His pervy behaviour wasn't nice and again made some of us feel uncomfortable.
Not sure what business strategy they have in regards to encouraging people to go back to the hotel but making rude gestures with Thier hands at us before we left was rude and none of us would go back.

The drinks were small when given in plastic cups. When the hotel got busy at the end of the week there were not enough tables to sit by the bar and it took a while to get served. Also there were no diet drinks, we were told at the end o the holiday that there had always been diet drinks yet told by the bar man that there were none. The juices were clearly watered down as they changed strength daily and just tasted like water most of the time. The alcohol is also definitely watered down.

Food was nicer than we expected, not much choice though as there was usually only 2 main meals to choose from, but they were usually quite nice but possibly not to everyone's taste (like the bar staff).

They need a new radio station to play as we all know the words to every annoying song that was played daily.
