“Like a bear trap!”

Right im going to be 100% honest and 100% fair

Good points about this hotel

-the mini market is open 24 hours a day
-theres a little fast food place in the hotel which is nice (not included)
-nice pools and lots of sun beds
-not too far from the beach and bars

Bad points about this hotel

-the food was shocking, it was repeated every dinner and afternoon meal which was cold turkish style stews, full fishes, salad.
- bar staff were rude for no reason and went out their way to sure turkish people before the English
- drinks were served in tiny plastic cups
-entertainment was the same everynight which didn't last long
-we was unlucky to be put into the old part of the hotel which the rooms were the worst I have ever witnessed in my life. Damp, dirty, falling to bits basically (after complaining we was moved to a slightly better room)
-theres a Indian mosque just behind the hotel where someone sings very loud songs at 4:45am!

I understand this is a cheap hotel and you get what you pay for..but this was truly the worst hotel I have witnessed ever.

When I looked in here I seem mixed reviews, but I thought it can't be bad it might just be fussy people, but I was completely wrong!!! Landed early hours of the morning and me and my boyfriend just wanted to go to bed, we was took up to a room on the top floor which had a very low down ceiling, bearing in mind they had seen how tall my partner is, he's 6ft5 and couldn't even stand up straight in the room! So I went down and asked could we change room and the reception staff was really rude about it, threw the key to me over the desk and didn't even tell me where the room was or which block it was in. We then got to this new room and our view out of the window was a big yellow generator! The aircon blew out the smell of salt and vinegar crisps it was awful, but we made do with the room. Until one of the night staff tried dragging me into my own room after I had asked for toilet roll! I ran from the room and he'd caught me trying to drag me to the rooms upstairs, took a lot of strength for me to get his hand off me. I was too scared to tell the staff as it was my first time abroad in a country with no laws. It was actually some of the friends we had met that encouraged me to tell the staff because every night after it happened the staff member would be staring out of the windows at me which made me really intimidated, in the end I complained and the staff was not at all bothered neither was the manager. I asked to change room but they said 'in the morning' our friend wouldn't leave the reception until we had a new room. We then packed our cases and went to the room we had again changed to. This room was filthy, mould everywhere! I have pictures of all the filth and the blood stains which is in one of the lifts! Don't be fooled by these pictures on here of the hotel, none of these facilities are at the hotel!!! There is cats everywhere even in the room where we eat, most of my spending money went on buying meals as the food was awful and they do not consider English people at all! A couple we met on our last day had only arrived the night before and refused to stay in their room as the room had not been cleaned from the couple in there before them! They started taking images and videos of the room and the staff tried taking his phone off him! He went out later that night for a walk and he came back to have his phone stolen from his room, by the staff trying to get rid of he evidence! Luckily they got the wrong phone! The staff are extremely rude and the amount of people complaining was ridiculous and the staff wasn't even bothered! I really advise people not to go to this hotel

Me and a friend arrived back in england on the 4th July. The hotel was fine, well stacked bars . the pools where lovely , nice gardens , helpfull staff, fun entertainers.... what else do you want for £350 pound..The food was different on some occasions but what do you expect if you want English food stay in England. I could find something to eat most nights and there was always the snack bar in the afternoon ...usually pretty similar food but filling. There was 4 bars open at differant times of the day all doing local soft drinks and alcoholic drinks and all serving Effes larger on draught.None of these where watered down. The rooms where basic but clean and the cleaners worked hard changing bedding and towels each day. Small balcony with a rubbish view to be honest but this was my only gripe to be honest . We usually sat taking advantage of the WiFi in reception usually before dinner amusing ourselves listening to other brits winging about there stay, these people loved to winge you could tell..I dont usually write reviews but knowing people will read these reviews before there stay I didnt want them to be worried you will have a great time and dont be put of by the wining comments its a bargain hotel for what they offer vs what you have paid. Enjoy x

Room Tip: The 5th floor had low cieling beams

We were booked to go to the Pineta Park de-luxe but when we arrived we were told they were full so were put in this hotel. It was truly dreadful, no hot water, shabby furnishings, tired and past it's sell by date. Everytime we went down to reception there were people complaining so it wasn't just us.When I told them about the lack of hot water he said, 'Yes, it's a general problem'. How can you enjoy a holiday without a hot shower or bath? The bathroom was old and tatty, taps corroded toilet stained and the tiles were full of holes that had been filled where some fitting had previously been removed. The reception areas are inadequate, tired and dirty. Twice we got stuck in the lift and had to ring the emergency bell so thereafter walked up to the fourth floor.Thankfully we only stayed one night.

Room Tip: Don't think about this hotel unless you have little money and get a really cheap deal.

After reading reviews on here i was expecting an absolute dump! When we got off the transfer i had to double check we were in the right place because it was actually nice! We were given a ground floor room with a view of the pool, rooms are basic but its cleaned everyday and given fresh towels everyday, dont see why so many people are complaining about them, you use your room to go to sleep in not spend all your holiday in there, pool area is kept spotless, workers are constantly going around tidying up and the grass was mowed twice in a week! There was a wide selection of food that catered for everybody just typical brits that are completely close minded and unwilling to try anything other than chicken nuggets and chips! All staff work all day and night so i think its understandable they arent going to be happy as larry 24/7 but can have a laugh with some of them, the people that whinge about this hotel you can spot a mile off!!! We paid just over £300 for the holiday and flights were about £200 so id say bloody good value for £100 back home that will get you a room for a night, dont understand what people are complaining for at all, il definetely go back!

Came to pineta in June and will be returning in September, the rooms are basic, food ok, but cheap enough, so no reason to moan.
Staff always friendly, rooms cleaned daily, good pool view.
All in all good hotel!
