“Im definately staying back here!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 9, 2011

I came with my friend in June 2011 and really loved staying here, staff were friendly and the rooms were cleaned regularly which was brill. The ground floor apartments are the best as you keep cooler and had more space, rather than the upstairs which was uncomfortably hot! I am going to visit this place again and would recommend staying here as it has everything you need, its near thre shops and restaurants and you can take a dolmus in to central marmaris centre, or walk. Hope this review has helped those reading...

Room Tip: I would go s.catering to get a more spacious room.

I booked a holiday in turkey with my girlfriend and our parents, it was my first time to turkey and we picked out the turquoise from pictures we had seen on the internet, and when we arrived at 5:30 am we were not disappointed. The staff were very helpful upon our arrival helping us with our bags to our room. When we got in to the room it was very spacious and the free air-con was a great bonus as was told many hotels would charge for this service. The rooms were very clean and was kept that way for the remainder of our holiday with daily cleaners and bedding and towels changed every other day. The day time entertainment staff (Dom Dom, Coco and Tye) were a great plus and always up for a laugh and took the time to get to know you, by the end of our trip they felt like friends. The pool area was fantastic and was in the sunlight all day long, which was great as i saw a few hotels with the pool area in the shade. The themed nights that they arrange are admittedly a mixed bag but the turkish/BBQ night is a really definate one to see, the entertainers they have on show was amazing and the food was to die for, we are already planning to go back to the turquoise next year (unless we can get there before) and hated the day we had to leave, the one thing that will let it down next year is that Dom Dom wont be there as he will be doing his bit for his country, Good luck to him and a huge thanks to the rest of the entertainment and bar staff, see ya next year :) P.S. if ya want to try good food at a reasonable price then go to the APEX restaurant (10 mins walk from hotel), Eddie,Alex and Terry were great lads and looked after us really well.

The complex has a great pool and bar with Sky sports, and the staff organise some fun activities, such as Water Polo to keep guests entertained. Snack bar is reasonably priced and food looked okay.

Our flat was very noisy during the day, as it was right on Yunus Nadi Caddesi which is a busy road. The amenities and proportions were good, though. The bedroom was set back from the main road, which helped, and most of their appartments are quieter.

We had many great meals at The Raindrop Restaurant very near the hotel, which we can highly recommend. You can find it by turning right out of Club Turquoise. It is then about 40 metres down the road, on the opposite side of the Yunus Nadi Caddesi. The Half Roast Chicken, King Prawns, whole Sea Bass, and breakfast at The Raindrop were all excellent and great value for money. We also tried the whole leg of lamb, which you have to order one day in advance as it is slow-cooked through the day, and have to say it was superb: money very well spent.

The family run Raindrop also has free pool and internet, with laptops provided, and is open all day. The staff are genuine, friendly, excellent salespeople as you'd expect, yet also not too pushy.

2nd time to Club Turquoise after a good holiday there last year, Amazed at the change in such a short time ! Majority of bar staff were great again, but amazed by how many tried to over charge / short change us, Entertainment team has changed, Ok in the daytime but night time shows were awfull. Also beware if you play bingo, they took 120 TL for them selves and gave only 70TL out as prises !
We booked 2 rooms, and despite being promised good rooms we were put in the same block as the staff, after paying £20 to change rooms we ended up over looking the access road and bins.On top of this the bathrooms were filthy with mold in the shower, exposed electics under the kitchen sink, and maids didnt sweep the floor in 2 weeks!
If you are taking young children be aware that football is put on the big screens in the pool / bar area all day at weekends and the staff not only put up with but encourage loutish behaviour and extremly bad langauge.
Will not put me off going to Turkey again, but definatly to a different hotel.
