The only fairly decent thing about this hotel was that the food was quite nice. The place is quite dirty for starters. I was not made to feel like I was a customer, as I was made to feel by the staff that I was doing them a dis-service being there and all they are interested in is your money. The pool wasn't even open in 40 odd degrees weather. Not the most welcoming place I've stayed in, I must say. Most of the staff were rude and a bit of a mither to say the very least. This place is bordering on abysmal. There was no entertainment whatsoever. I ended up going to a nice hotel nearby during the day, where they very kindly let me use their facilities. I've previously worked in the Hospitality industry and from my experience, all I can say about this place is that I'm surprised it's still open. They weren't even expecting us, we arrived early hours of the morning tired from our journey and they were so useless and un-welcoming. We would buy drinks etc from them and before we had even finished those drinks, we were being pestered to buy more! The shower didn't have either a curtain or a door and so the bathroom was just a wet room basically. I wish I'd have done more research before the holiday as I ended up staying at this nightmare of a place. To summarise, very bad service, bad customer experience and not clean.

We are thankfull to every guest who write nice review for our humble London Blue . It was our pleasure to have them here as our guest .At the mean time we please to see bad reviews as good ones , bad reviews are very important because they make us see our bad points and what we miss to see ,so what we do is read eveything written , carefully and correct ourselves accordingly .It will not happen over night but in time every thing will be better it is a promise.
What We did for this season
1) Complete paint job :Facade and interior+ whole rooms
2) No more covering the pool : we surrounded whole pool with chrome railing for safety biring the dept of pool 160 cm(all around)
3) Renovated our bad bathrooms completely
4) All the balconies fitted with chrome railing for safety
5) Add hairdryer to all rooms
6) Add TV to all rooms
7) We are not gonna keep our back yard messy
8) We are renewing most of our pillows
If the people wri ting a bed Review they don’t write it because they are our enemies .They write it because what they see and how they feel . of course every opinion they have is not correct , for example some guest ask for free AC ,sorry about that but we can not give a free AC for two reason A) electricity very very expensivein our country just because were in turism sector they charge us more money then residential areas B) as you can imagine when people open a bussines they do it only for one reason (profit) Some people complain we make advertisement about our restaurant but while consuming our food they look very pleased, others do complain hotel is very dirty! but they do not specified I hope at the future they would come to us first and bring the subject to our attention I know the house keeping person (forgets or does it on purpose) dont clean the room or change the sheet and towels, you must understand if a room is not tidy (occupants personal belongings) cleaner can not touch any personal belongings of the guest so the guest obigated to tidy up his or her personel belongings . the issue with the towels the change of towel s are not every day but every other day .in any case if we inform about it would be better .We are very small and considerably inexpensive establishment. İf we do not make extra income through our restaurant and bar we can not survive nor improve ourselves . Regardless the circumstances we are thankfull all the guest who written a review good or bad .
