we went in october to this glorious hotel, absolutely beautiful..from the decor to the surroundings, our rooms where absolutely stunning we were in the old part but on the first floor above the restaurant which ment a view right out onto the sea, where we seen the sun come up and cruise liners passing every day it was breathe taking really words cant describe the view, the rooms themselves where nice, although we did have a dampness smell in our bathroom due to the shower not being sealed properlly at the bottom but other than that it was lovely air con, caple tv with good english channels like e4 and movies etc
as for the hotel itself the reception is so grand and beautiful you could literally look at it for hours the detail just blows you away really, then its out onto the garden which itself is just stunning, with all the features and decoration and fountain then literally one foot infront of the other and your on the private beach. everything was beautiful and all the added extras like the all inclusive cake shop in the afternoon and baked potatoes on the beach where just all the lovely extras.
the entertainment was amazing considering it was october nearly end of season, they have there own production room which later turns into a nightclub with a dj from one of marmaris's top clubs
As much as id love to give this hotel a 5/5 i cant, there was a few things that not only myself but a few other guests felt needed to be voiced in the hotel
the bar staff at the poolside...didnt speak one word of english and looked at you like you were stupid when trying to order a drink including the manager of the bar for a 5 star you expect at least a bit of customer service like a smile or willingness to help neither where offered in the whole 7 days we stayed...pool was gorgeous but full of wasps and the reason for it if you look in the folds of the hotel there are particularly large hives we noticed 4 on the hotel walls alone and as you can believe there was hundreds daily around the pool area
as for the food at the hotel it was average, very repetative and not a great selection (i am not a fussy eater but i struggled) and in october the hotel was packed which is a great thing but when its filled with russians and germans who of majority are very rude its not the best
wake up at 5am to put towels at the pool before anyone else (some taking up to 10 beds) even though its stated on the "supposid rules" if a towel is left on the sunloungers over 2 hours with noone on them they will be removed- is rubbish they never ever got moved!
restaurant- push passed you, dont believe in the queing system, take your tables even when you actually have belongings sitting at them its just below etiquette but this is not the hotels fault this is just me trying to build you the picture on what little things can become big things on a holiday you spend £600 per person on it sort of takes the goodness out of it.
we ended up eating out most nights but as we have been to marmaris 15 times over the passed five years we already new of lovely eateries close by piccaso's across the road from the hotel is fantastic cant do enough for you and make you feel ever so welcome and part of the family, also the three brothers along the beach front a short walk from the hotel to the left the food is outstanding and very reasonably priced and the waiters are a group of brothers who are ever so friendly again cant do enough to make you more comfortable
so all in all id like to say a fantastic holiday but this hotel needs to bring up the bar on a few things and i could safely say great hotel
ask for a sea view as this will include the pool and grounds.

Guest feedback is important to us especially when given whilst still in the Hotel as this enables us to resolve any concerns that guests may have and this can be done through the resort reps who visit on a daily basis or directly at Customer Services as the personnel here have direct contact with the Department Managers. Concerns raised here are usually resolved to the guests` satisfaction and can range from house-keeping issues to technical services and service received in the bars and restaurants.
I am very happy to read however that you enjoyed the Hotel decor, rooms and the free facilities provided in them, the grounds, private beach and jetty, the patisserie and the entertainment.
