I'm not one to moan but you need to avoid this hotel. Hotel in the middle of nowhere. There was a boat there but no organised trips- we had to get a group together and ask if they would take us into Turunc, which they did but at a cost. No Dolmuses go past. You are really stuck there. The food is terrible, great if u wanna diet. As for drink - all inclusive means - beer, vodka or wine. Staff don't appear to be very happy when you order any drinks and they ran out of vodka. staff don't speak any english and are very misable. Night porter is a slime ball- when we arrived at 5am he wouldn't leave our room, he kept showing us money from his pocket cause he obviously wanted a tip. I refused to give him a tip as i only had 20lt note. Would of been happy to tip him in the wk but he also tried to fiddle me on phone call charge at reception. There was no hot water all week- when we complained they said 'oh fixed today' but it never was. They also have a cockeral that starts about 4am so forget the sleep it's so loud.To sume it up - NO food / hot water / transport / entertainment / shops / sleep /alcohol. I better put a positive - Well it was on the beach with nice scenery. The best thing on our holiday was the people we met there (other english people). We had such a laugh it made the holiday.

We stayed at the Verano from the 20th June as soon as we arrived at 4am in the morning the hotel porter held his hand out for a tip even before we had got in our room, the food was terrible and very little of it due to people from eastern Turkey taking it all and shrink wrapping it to take it with them, even the holiday company rep who was Turkish said it was un-edible, there was no entertainment, the hotel is supposed to be 3K from Turunc, it would be if you could fly there is no road just a dirt track over a mountains no taxi's go near it, no Dolmuses, the olny way out is by the owners boat at double the price if a water taxi, you can't sleep in after 4pm as the cockrels start crowing all around the Hotel, we were all-inclusive and the only drink they would give us was raki or Vodka everything else had to be paid for, One of our party had a accident and broke his leg it took 24 hours to get him medical assistance they didn't even have a doctors number, it is supposed to be wheel chair freindly, it is not there are steps every where,
The sceenery and beach were fantastic, and the Hotel was clean, the staff were friendly,
If you want a Holiday from Hell or want to loose a lot of weight then this is the place for you,
