We were booked into Cihanturk Hotel but they double booked so we said we would stay in the Gozpinar. To be honest it's quite an old fashioned hotel with very few workers which means there's not a lot of maid service and sometimes getting a drink at the bar took a while but it's what u make it at the end of the day. The location is brilliant and the pub beside it Magic Mirror is a great place to start your night as is Chicago Bar, there's also food places on its door step so it's ideal. The rooms were adequate sizes for us all with enough wardrobe room. The showers are old fashioned and tend to let the water go everywhere but it's not that much of a big issue. There's an old guy Andy who runs the hotel and he can be quite forgetful when u ask him for something but overall he is a nice old man. We were quite impressed because on our last day we had a late check out and we said to one of the staff how much would we have to pay to stay in the room and he told us it wasn't a problem just to leave when we were ready. For apartments that look like they don't make much money they treat their customers well when they could have taken that opportunity to make some more money! As we said though we were booked into another hotel so that's probably why I didn't mind staying in Gozpinar, I would rather an old fashioned room in a great location to a modern, comfortable room that is away from the nightlife. If you like 5 star don't stay here but if you simply want somewhere to live with a good swimming pool in a great location it's ideal!
