This restaurant is an outstanding example oftraditional Konya cuisine. In fact, the main and only option in the menu is "furun kebap". They are open and serve at lunch time. They cook the lamb meat in stone oven for almost 8-10 hours. The result is a masterpiece. They serve onion as a side dish and ayran (stirred yogurt) as a beverage as chef's special. No alcoholic drinks.
