“Friendly and well priced hotel”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 5, 2012

Would not have wanted to stay anywhere else in Pamukkale. The owner offered us a personal welcome and made us feel very welcome. The rooms were spacious, tidy and tasteful. The home-cooked dinners each evening were tasty, and the breakfast offered more than the usual. Tremendous value. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a great place to stay at in Pamukkale. The owners were warm and helpful, and they offered useful tips of visiting the Travertine as my father (in his 70s) was traveling with us. The place is clean, comfortable and well maintained, though the bathroom we had was configured in a bit awkward way (the sink and the toilet are too close to each other). But it wasn't a big deal.
We had dinner there as well as breakfast. The home cooked food was delicious with a generous portion and reasonably priced. Breakfast includes more varieties than some of the other places we stayed at. Would recommend it to anyone visiting Pamukkale.

We were astonished at the extremely reasonable price of this hotel given the high level of service and quality of the rooms - the staff have truely excelled themselves here. Beautiful house and decorations, rooms are big and the breakfast is great - offering something a bit more than just the usual tomato, cucumber and cheese you get everywhere else. The staff were so helpful - booking bus tickets for us and arranging free shuttles to catch the buses onwards to other locations (plus free shuttles to the Pamukkale gate). Free wifi in the bedrooms - very strong signal. Lovely atmosphere - the management is welcoming and can't do enough for you - always ready to help with a smile on their face. Would definitely recommend staying here. We travelled around for 2 months and this was the best place we stayed - we wanted to stay longer!

This family run B&B is perfect for a night's stay in Pamukkale. The owner is very friendly, breakfast is delicious, dinner is well priced and also delicious, rooms are cosy and comfortable, walking distance to the bottom of the travertine terraces, can't ask for more really! Would definitely recommend it.

There are fancier hotels in Pamukkale but we are happy our travel agency book Melrose House Hotel for us. The rooms are clean and comfortable, but nothing fancy. What we like the most about the hotel is the friendly owners and staff and the yummy home cooking. The breakfast choices were good. We had roasted chicken for dinner and just loved it. In addition to the Pamukkale tour, we went to Aprodisias. We enjoyed Aprodisias very much. Highly recommend it if you can allow one extra day.

Lovely surroundings, walking distance to hierapolis and the pamukkale silica terraces, very good dinner at a good price and amazing breakfast, lovely room and bathroom but the best thing about this place is the hosts. They met us and dropped us off to the bus. They advised us to go to Aphrodisias which was very good advice and well worth the trip. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The family run hotel was very convenient for us. The owners were extremely helpful with guidance and tourist info. Food was superb at lunch and dinner. Breakfast could improve, mainly because you know how good they are after having some of their other meals. Some minor adjustments in the bathroom could be done, maintenance on the shower and furniture, but nothing that would ruin your stay. Great value for the money. Parking takes place on the street in front of the hotel with no issues.

Room Tip: Rooms in first floors seem noisy. If you stay further up you probably end up taking your luggage ups...
