“Very friendly and helpful people.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 3 days ago NEW

We called the day before to ask on how to get to the hotel from the bus station, the guy was very helpful and even adviced us on the tourist traps that we might be in for when we get there.

The guy gave us very good advice on what to do and how to go about going around Pamukkale.

The food they served were very yummy and filling no matter what time of the day.

The people running the hotels are always more than willing to help and they will always ask if everything is ok.

Nice family run place that did the trick for our 2 day stay. It isn’t the Ritz but good value for a basic hotel. There was a bit of noise at night at times as there’s a bar close by. But bed was comfy and staff were helpful. Great location as Pamukkale thermal pools and ruins a short walk away. And you can organise trips to Aphrodisias ruins which are well worth seeing and about an hour away. You can book that at Pamukkale tour company, which is run by a hilarious local man who definitely views himself as the don of this small town!

we stayed here one night in November. The staff makes this place - very friendly and helpful. We got a back bedroom without much of a view. But it was really big....this was hands down the value for money. We give this a 5 rating because of the quality for the money.
We had dinner in the hotel, and it was just great.

A brilliant base for the historic site at Pammukale. A very Turkish hotel in. A quiet street.
Very clean and well presented. We had one of the top rooms with the best view over the valley.
Staff were so polite and helpful and the food simple and very tasty Turkish.
This looked like one of the best options in the town including the bigger and 'more flashy' ones.
We have no hesitation in recommending this and would go back

Room Tip: Top floor for a view

Pickings were a bit slim in Pamukkale, and while this hotel is not perfect, I think it is probably the best option (and way cheaper than what we paid in other tourist areas of Turkey). The best thing was the nice team of people managing the hotel. They were helpful, advised us about bus options, dropped us off at the Hieropolis site (then you can walk down through the travertines) and the bus station, etc. We arrived on the overnight bus just as breakfast was starting; we paid a small amount to have breakfast that morning, and by 9:30 or 10 our room was ready so we could shower and head off to see the sights.

The common areas were cozy, and a very friendly dog (named Strawberry in Turkish) hangs out lazily in the lobby. We enjoyed breakfast--nice variety, and they had French toast each day, which was a nice change from pure egg options. We also had dinner at the restaurant and found the food to be very very good. We got the set dinner menu, and the chicken dish I had was really great.

I would say the rooms could use a bit of work. Ours was very small... bathroom is tiny with no counter space. But things were clean... we just could have used a bit more space and some more surfaces for stuff.

We appreciate the friendly service. It is a good option.

I found this hotel to be very nicely appointed and well maintained. Good hot shower. Charming decor. It is a bit farther away from the Pammukale travertine terraces. About 10 minutes extra walk as compared to some of the closer hotels and well worth the extra walk.

The owner is a nice gentleman who goes out of his way to assist you in your daily excursions.

The clay pot meal is worth a try!

Overall a nice relaxing experience .. would definitely recommend to visit.
