“Not good at all!”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed January 12, 2012

Very spacious hotel lobby, Arcade, Restaurant. An impositive bell-boy service at arrival make us feel uncomfortable. Rooms are not cozzy with a cheap furniture, lack of maintenance and an horrible bath-room.
Old carpets with different shades show a poor cleaning service. Poor food served at restaurant served by not agreable waiters.
Glad to leave this hotel.

Room Tip: A very difficult task.

My wife and I stayed at the Peri Tower Hotel in Cappadocia through a Gate 1 organized tour of Turkey. This is a pretty cool hotel with architecture designed as a tribute to the uniqueness of Cappadocia. Our large room was quiet and modern with a nice balcony and we were able to access the free wrireless Intenet from our room, Dinners and Breakfasts were good. The huge fireplace and bar was a great place to relax. The only negative is that the gym equipment needs repair and improvements.

My friends and I spent about a month in Turkey. We stayed at 10 or so different hotels.

In this general area, there are a number of tourist-type towns with hotels located right in the middle of town, near local attractions (for example, restaurants, balloon-ride companies, and the famous buildings that are carved into hillsides). This hotel is a bit of a drive from these kinds of attractions. If you don't mind driving a little, then I'd highly recommend it.

Things that impressed me included the cleanliness--this hotel was by far the cleanest one I encountered in Turkey. I loved its unusual design, which reminded me a bit of the Frank Lloyd Wright-designed Guggenheim Museum in New York City. I was also very happy with the service. In contrast to some of the hotels we stayed at in Turkey, I found the employees very patient and polite and efficient. It was easy to communicate with them in English. The food was very good.

In the rooms, like I said, there was outstanding cleanliness, a fast and reliable internet connection, and a great hair-dryer and tv that showed the BBC and other English (and French, I think) news. The bed was a little narrow and hard, but it was fine. Some of my friends didn't like the fact that the windows in the rooms are limited. There seems to be one window in most rooms that is small.

The hotel is large and spacious. It has a bar area with a fireplace. I also enjoyed using pool/billiards tables. There are a couple of shops that sell souvenirs and jewellery.

Overall, I had a great stay here and I'd recommend it.

Stayed at the hotel for two nights - hotel was basically empty except for a couple of rooms. The hotel is too far from anything and suitable only for groups and not for individuals, couples or small families. Rooms were clean but small and the food average. Anyone visiting Cappadocia should stay in Goreme or Urgup as then you have places where you can visit and a choice of restaurants and cafe's. Bascially if you are staying at the Peri Tower hotel, you are stuck there!!!!

What a lovely hotel form the outside!, the lobby is beautiful, then we got to our room, well i know we didnt get a good one, we had one very tiny window that didnt look at anything, it was wedged between 2 walls, like a horse with blinderes, some of the people on our tour had 2 room suites with 2 balconies, so id ask for those if possible.
The wi-fi only worked in the lobby, we looked for the spa and haman and pool, all was closed for winter...ou have to take a taxi to get anywhere form the hotel. but, form a distance it looks like a desert palace of sorts.I think because it was winter, most things were closed inside but summer would be nice there.

Room Tip: ask for balcony

This certainly is a uniquely designed hotel. We stayed here as part of a tour and found the rooms to be clean and comfortable. The breakfast and dinner buffets were delicious (though 1 person in our group got sick while staying here though she wasn't sure whether it was from the hotel food or other food). As others have mentioned, the location is pretty average, located in the suburbs though you can walk down the valley - basically through someone's front yard - to get to the new shopping centre nearby (about a 15 minute walk).

We have just spent three nights in this great hotel. Unusually designed, the rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The restaurants are well designed with excellent buffet menus. My only slight criticism is that you can't access the internet from your bedroom; you have to go down to the lobby but from there the service is quick and efficient.

I would certainly go back for a second visit
